Could you post a link to where you got them ? i got the timberlands from shoe show they run a little tight so get a half size bigger 9 inchheel i just came from hoofs 004.jpg . Could not find those studded boots. What am i doing wrong ? Is there another site i can go to to aquire those boots ? Mike the leather studded thigh highs came from fredericks of hollywood. They went on sale over 2 months ago and obviously sold out. I ordered on a back order system and sold out again. Got lucky and made the list. Not on theire web site last time i looked. Seems if you can produce a leather thigh high studded high heel boot, you cant keep up with supply and demand. Good luck.
spikesmike
9inchheel Several years ago my ex-wife and I purchased several pair of high heel shoes from Fredericks of Hollywood. For both of us. I was able to get three (3) pair in my size 13US. One (1) pair w/ a 5" heel, One (1) w/ a 5 1/2" heel, and the third (3) is a classic 7" high heel black patent pump. All single sole shoes. We were unable to get any more. They had to have sold out. So, if business is that good, why are they not stocking those sizes of shoes? They must have an idiot of a different purchasing agent. Comments? Mike
danielp6406
i got the timberlands from shoe show they run a little tight so get a half size bigger The shoe show website is very slow (cannot acces the women's boots section) Can you tell me the model name of you Timberland boots ? Will do a search on the internet by the model name instead. Quite sure another store may sell them... And thank you for telling me they run a little tight :-)
at9
Some pairs of boots I ordered from Aldo arrived today. Alas all are too tight. I can safely say that Aldo sizing runs small. All were UK9 which they convert to EU42. This suggests they might run small but I was surprised at just how small. I usually take UK9/EU43, sometimes UK8/EU42. http://www.aldoshoes.com/uk/women/boots/dress-boots/80602828-sheumaker/97 http://www.aldoshoes.com/uk/women/boots/dress-boots/80626571-chalita/22 http://www.aldoshoes.com/uk/women/boots/dress-boots/80703012-nocar/97 Nothing lost since delivery was free and so is the return. Compare this to Next. The other day I tried on a pair of UK8/EU42 clog boots in a store and the fit was about right. The UK9/EU43 were huge on me - I would have needed insoles or very thick socks. Didn't buy them in the end because I didn't like them enough to spend the money.

at9
i guess im going to have to try on those gallian otk boots. Like your style at9 Thank you. Looks like you can get them in US10 for $112. http://www.aldoshoes.com/us/women/boots/dress-boots/80679251-gallian/97 Still Ā£160 in the UK, about $240 though Asos are discounting them. If Aldo equate US10 to UK9 to EU42 that's a mess of sizing. I would say that what Aldo claim as UK9/EU42 is nearer UK7/EU41. That would usually equate to US women's 9.Good luck, if your feet are small enough.
Arctic
I can confirm, I bought these Aldo boots too, and the US 10 is more like a US 9, or a small UK8. Nowhere near I expected them to be. What's all the fuss about?
at9
Some pairs of boots I ordered from Aldo arrived today. Alas all are too tight...... The final pair arrived today and it's even smaller than the others! At least I could put on all the others even if they were too tight. This style: http://www.aldoshoes.com/uk/women/boots/mid-calf-boots/80698778-bras/22 I could barely get them on my feet at all. UK9/EU42? More like UK7 or even smaller. Oh well, nothing lost. At least I now know that I can forget about Aldo shoes. Maybe have another look round Next. My lovely partner spotted a pair of very strappy sandals at Next but they were the wrong size. She's UK3/EU36 so has the opposite problem to me.

HeelsFun_D
Haven't got them yet, however I have placed a bid on a pair of white boots with black 4" heels on ebay. Unless somebody else bids on it within the next 24 hours, those should be mine. But my actual latest boots are a pair of black so-called slouch ones. They're flat, but I thought I'd give that a try for a change.
DProud2700
Besides the pumps I got that I mentioned on the shoe page. I also purchased 2 pairs of Carlos Santana boots Illicit and Lace over the weekend. Illicit is a pull on blk boot with both a comfortable height of heel and platform and the Lace is an over the knee boot also in black I ordered and am expecting within the week. Today I got from another store from Guess an over the knee boot called Lovy. They are quite comfortable and have a wonderful rubber like sole that is perfect in this weather of cold and rain. KrisS
I bought a second pair of over-the-knee boots yesterday. I couldn't resist. They were on sale for half price at $53.00. I haven't had a real chance to try them on except for a few moments this morning and boy are they cool. I haven't worn pencil stilettos in public but these look great (IMO) with dress pants. I will wear them under pants. The tight feel on the legs is great. I didn't try them on in the crowded store because I didn't want to take a chance on struggling with the stretchy material in front of people. They don't have zippers. As the young sales girl handed me the bag, she said, "Enjoy." Do you think she knew? Here's the web site:http://www.aldoshoes.com/ca-eng/women/boots/over-the-knee-boots/81441528-lucarell/96 If it doesn't work, go to Aldo Shoes>Women's Boots>Over-the-knee>Lucarell If anyone else buys these or the Bullins (I tried these on in the store before Xmas) from Aldo, make sure you go an extra size up. 10 (40) is usually good enough but I needed the 41 this time. Great looking boots. Especially if you have small enough feet to fit. Having just returned some Aldo boots because they were too small I would say that ALL Aldo footware runs at least 1 size small. In the UK what they call UK9/EU42 is a complete fiction. Of the 4 pairs I tried, 3 were barely UK8 (normally UK8=EU42) while the last one was nearer UK7.
