Hi all, I just have to share some pics of my new Via Spiga Chocolate Brown Leather boots. They are excellent quality and the leather is butter soft. They are quickly becoming my favorite pair of boots. Hope you like them. If you want to see more of them, as usual, check out my flickr page. :)

Certainly similar, but offhand they don't appear nearly as nice as those Timberland's. Hopefully they'll be an acceptable substitute.

Just doing some online shoe browsing, stumbled across these:

http://www.shopbop.com/sweat-laceup-bootie-knit-cuff/vp/v=1/845524441878950.htm?folderID=2534374302117231&extid=shopzilla-JEFFC20136

I still think the Timberland's look the best, but personally I'd put there ahead of the Aldo shoes. Not sure if they are still available though.

Thanks Roni. They are very comfortable indeed. The leather is so soft my feet just slide into them effortlessly and the half inch platform makes them really easy to walk in for extended periods of time.

If anyone is interested, I got them from shoebuy.com where they are on special for about 100 dollars less than anywhere else. They also come in black and go up to size 12 which mine are.

Those are some sweet, sexy boots. Are those the one's in your avatar?

No the ones in my avatar are black suede, similar style and heel height but different material, the new ones have a silky sheen to them and at Ā£20 I thought it would be rude not to buy them.

High heels are the shoes I choose to put on, respect my choice as I repect yours.

New babies bought from topshop office concession in oxford st. tonight. while i was there i ended up chatting to the woman next to me who was trying on the same style (the plain black ankle boots) who said we must both have great taste in shoes! i was having trouble getting them off as they are a velvet material and she showed me her way which worked a treat! ended up chatting away for about 20mins while trying them both out. she ended up getting the leopard print version in the same style. she was totally cool with the idea and was complaining that there were too many shoes to choose from in the sale. __________________ I just love those suede heels!!!!!

exactly, which Next style are them? TIA

Sorry not sure as I bought them off the sale shelf. From the boot itself they are from the 'Runway collection' and have the following two ref numbers 943973 + D56936.

These wedges are soft and totally quiet. They feel like sneakers. Usually i rather want people to notice that i'm wearing heels, but these are the most unnoticeable heels i have. From my favorite shoe store. By my favorite shoe designer.

These modest-looking but deeply emotional babes are turning me a daily heeler :)

Happy Heeling

PS my wife got these with the same purchase.

Stopped at a DSW over the weekend and found these. The clearance price was even better than the website.

Only have about an hour in these, and they seem fine. Should work well under basic jeans.

I'll get out shopping in these some time soon.

I'm kinda trying to stick to styles / designs that could appear unisex in some ways. looking to create that crossover look that still accomplishes heeling but still looks like it was designed with a mans perspective in the background - - if you know what I mean.

Very nice boots, i really like them. At first i was not very fond of that kind of style, but you get used to it, then you start to like them and now i love them, but the platform has to be quite subtle, like yours!

My new boots from 'Next' s seen in another post but thought I should put them in this thread.

Greetings leather-boot :-)

Not sure if your question is addressed to me or to vassies...

I cannot find the post you are referring to on page 41 of this thread.

Depending of your screens setting, the numbers of posts per page may be different for you.

So for me or others the post you are referring to may not be on page 41.

Look at the top right of the post you are refeering to, there is a "Permalink".

Right-Click on it and do a "Copy shortcut" then paste the shortcut in your post.

We will then be able to click on this link and be re-directed to the post you are talking about.

Or you can simply specify the actual post number (This post is # 627)

Happy heeling !

"You never forget your first ..." well I bought these in black a little before Christmas and think they are great, nice and comfy. Looks like they are sold out of 12s. At first I had a little trouble walking in them but have been wearing them more often and doing better (so far just around the house).

As mentioned in another thread I bought some new boots from River Island in the sales. I promised to post some pictures when I could sort them out.

The boots have a chunky heel and originally I wasn't sure if they would be ok as the first pair I saw looked out of balence but they were a small size.

I think the bigger the size the more balenced they looked and they do look better on.

The sales girl who let me try them on in the changing room was very helpful an orgeous as well.

First pics are how I wold wera them out and about.

The next pics are to show the full effect of the boots as the first pics they are covered for easier street heeling. Apologies for the stocking tops but with thick legs and several years of rugby they don't go up very high on my leg but if I had a longer skirt the whole boot would not be seen.

http://i1228.photobucket.com/albums/ee451/Foxyheels/NEW%20BOOTS/NEWBOOTS4.jpg

And finally pics of how I would wear them if I went to a fancy dress party (this is similar to Halloween type party to explain to our friends in the USA.)

Sorry if the quality of the pics isn't great but I used the time delay facility on my new camera to test it for when I get around to sorting some pictures of me and MrsF together in matching heels.

I love them, it is just a pity that postage is so much here to us:wave:
