Over the last 2 months Ive bought 2 pairs of heels, nothing special. But today I bought the pair that Ive been inlove with since I saw them last year November. They never had my size, but today they were on special and they had my size :wavey:

So finally bought them and wow, what a dream they are to walk in.So soft and comfortable.

I love the color blue of those peeptoe pumps. Late last fall I bought a pair of royal blue patent leather peeptoe pumps with some red trim on the heels, from DSW Shoe store, on their clearance rack for about 60% off. I did wear them out once,. But when winter set in they were put away till spring. I will be wearing them soon with a new pedicure with red polish!

Happy Heeling,

bluejay

Greetings everyone! My latest purchase arrived last Thursday and I just got around to taking a few photos. I had my eye on these for a while and picked them up during a sale event, Paris Hilton, Spelled in ivory satin. Stunning pumps featuring a bow knot detail at the vamp and crystal accents on the polished metal stiletto heel! The heel is extremely thin at approximately 4.75 inches but the fit is stable and comfortable with plenty of padding on the footbed and note the super cute pink leather sole. I will be getting these beauties in magenta as well. Sexy, feminine, whimsical, elegant are just some of the ways to describe this fabulous pair! Thanks again for letting me share and please feel free to ask any questions!

Very nice shoes. I also like the color.

Too bad I'm not comfortable wearing open toe shoes... :wavey:

Nice shoes! I am not a huge plat fan but I don't mind the odd hidden plat like those. And I love the color!

I like the platforms but not too high. These are fine for me.Might try them out this week in public. And I still love the colour.I see its a cobalt blue if that helps you guys.

Hi everyone, fantastic thread and forum and today was fantastic too! Been with my lovely wide today and bought my first pair of heels to wear on a daily or regular basis. Not sure if anyone was watching me try them on but I really didn't care as I was having a fabulous time looking and choosing. The wife found a pair she really liked and me too and I started trying them on and then walked around the shop to make sure they were suitable and comfortable. After deciding then to the counter to pay and not even a word from anyone. All in all it was a great experience and can't wait till the next time. I have been walking around in them with her and not sure if anyone noticed but I really don't care if they did! Yay go me!! :wavey:

I noticed that Target had started up scaling their shoes a while back, but none of their heels did much for me. I went by there last week on a fact finding pass to see if by some chance there was anything to see, and to my surprise there was.

I'm always a fan of ankle straps, and these in black did turn my head. A was looking for a bit higher heel, and it wound up in black because the "blush" didn't appeal to me. I'd would have loved to see these in white or pink. I haven't spent much time in these yet, but so far they feel good and walk nice.

Very nice shoes indeed but very formal. Maybe for a wedding ?

The are not a style you can wear everyday...

...Might try them out this week in public...

You will get a lot of head turns for sure !

Can't wait to see with what you will wear them.

Great party shoes CassieJ! I had a lucky find with these black wedges in my size on the sale rack at New Look for £10. I walked a fair distance in them and they're pretty comfortable (5" heel with 1" hidden platform).

With spring here I find myself in desperate need of pumps due to reduction in foot size. So I decided to treat myself.

Score! Got these for $10 after sale discount at Beales (a Florida department store). Got another pair I will post when I get pics.

These are Madden Girl and I wore them out to a party Saturday night. Everyone loved them.

Great find! I love Madden girl shoes, and the ones you got are awesome!

Another victim of the recession, Shafted? We all have to make economies somewhere, but cutting-down one's foot is a bit extreme, surely? :wavey:

I used the non surgical method and lost 55 pounds, and in the process lost 1 1/2 shoe sizes.

That's an impressive weight loss - and shoe size reduction too. I thought that one's feet normally remain constant in size regardless of other metabolic changes (pregnancy aside) during adult life, at least until old-age shrinkage occurs. But your experience certainly suggests otherwise.

A week ago I got a nice pair of White Mountain black sandals from DSW online in 11M. They arrived and I noticed the insole said Naturalizer. Odd. But anyway I've worn them for a week and wrote a lengthy and detailed review. Today they posted it, in its entirety. Here's the link:

http://www.dsw.com/shoe/white+mountain+witty+sandal?prodId=236997&productRef=SEARCH

If anyone outside the US can't read the link, it's starts with DSW dot com. Search for Witty and you'll see three reviews for it.

Here's a pic of the sandals. I love their looks and I hope they become more comfortable with wearing. The straps tend to pinch my bunion but as they're stretching it's less irritating.

Steve
