Popular Post Bigfoot15 Posted August 10, 2016 Popular Post Posted August 10, 2016 Hello everyone; I have stated in several of my past posts that i have not really told my wife about my desire to wear heels , but did suspect that she had an idea that I did wear them. Well on a special night (date night), we went to dinner and a play in the city. I decided this was the night. So i was picking her up at work and we were driving about an hour or so to our dinner plans. I wore a button down shirt, jeans ans my favorite high heel boots, with my jeans tucked inside the boots. A look I have wanted to do on my past outings but haven't done yet. Picked my wife up in the car and I don't mind telling you my anxieties were at there peak. Not a word when she got in the car but I don't think she noticed what I was wearing. I had no back up shoes with so it was do or die. When we got to the dinner venue. I parked and got out to open the door for her. She just kinda stopped and starred for a moment. She looked at me and said; "I wondered when you were going to get the guts to were those boots out with me. " She said she wasn't sure if she would be ok with me wearing them out with her but after seeing me in them and she could tell how happy they made me then lets do it. After dinner she did lean over and tell she thought I looked very handsome in my boots. We talked a lot on the way home after the play. She told me that even thought me getting out of the car in those high heeled boots was a shock, it was ok. Next time she said to include her in the planning of my wardrobe, cause she had some ideas. I could see her mind working but she wouldn't tell me anything else. Wonder what she has planned. 10
Thighmax Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 It is really great that your wife was so understanding. Even though a lot more women are starting to accept it, it still not easy to find a wife that is interested in planning the wardrobe. Don't push it to hard, there might be a few things that she doesn't like and need to be sure of. Congratulations!!! Your wife is definitely a keeper.
Jkrenzer Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 That's a great story. You have a pic of the boots
Shyheels Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 Sounds like you had a very memorable night out!
hhboots Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 Great to hear her reaction was very positive, although you probably should have told her before springing them on her like that, the reaction could have easily gone very much the other way. Anyway, congratulations on your wife being very supportive. As thighmax mentioned, don't push it too far too quickly. My wife is also very supporting but we have butted heads a few times for not being entirely up front with her at times and occasionally going beyond her comfort zone with all of this. Always put her thoughts and feelings before your desire to wear high heels.
hiheellover23 Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 Wow that is an awesome story!!! Thank you for sharing that!!! What ya see is what ya get no more or less!!
RonC Posted August 11, 2016 Posted August 11, 2016 Great outing for you - and a happy ending! Hope you get to enjoy many more with her.
pebblesf Posted August 11, 2016 Posted August 11, 2016 Good for you buddy! Take good care of your wife, she is a wonderful lady who obviously loves you and wants you to be happy.
mtnsofheels Posted August 13, 2016 Posted August 13, 2016 Thanks for sharing Bigfoot, good for you just putting yourself out there and being you. Glad to see your wife was accepting as well, that makes it so rewarding! Right on!
Bigfoot15 Posted August 15, 2016 Author Posted August 15, 2016 Thanks everyone for the great support. It's quite a journey and I need all the support I can get. 1

Indeed you have embarked on quite a journey that I recommend you take in small steps. Make sure this great gal of yours is either walking in front (leading) or beside you on your journey. Bigfoot15 Posted August 31, 2016 Author Posted August 31, 2016 Thighbootguy, don't worry I will. I knew I had a great gal but this proves where here heart is. She has already come up with some wardrobe ideas. I think now I might just be along for the ride. 1
kikepa Posted September 1, 2016 Posted September 1, 2016 I have observed that our world has evolved to two (bimodal) areas of response: "Ok" and "WTF." If you're anywhere in the city, chances are you'll encounter an "Ok." The WTF category is far less common no matter where you go these days than it was when I began heeling fifteen years ago. Those who really care about us don't make a fuss about what we wear. Those who make a fuss about what we wear really don't care about us.
