danielp6406 Posted May 5, 2010 Posted May 5, 2010 And here is my new pair of boots from Biondini... Nice boots ! I'm sure they must be comfortable to wear with the hidden platform.
Elegant Posted May 6, 2010 Posted May 6, 2010 Whoa! You look excellent in that leather coat, skirt and boots. What is good for a goose, can be good for any gender!
Dawn HH Posted May 6, 2010 Posted May 6, 2010 I also approve of the total leather look. Great looking boots. Cheers--- Dawn HH High Heeled Boots Forever!
danielp6406 Posted May 11, 2010 Posted May 11, 2010 Here is my latest purchase from Aldo. Will get them in a few days I know: I said that I would not buy any more boots this year... But they were so nice (and on sale almost 60% off) so I could not resist...(again) Hoping to be able to wear them a few time while the temperature is still cold. http://www.aldoshoes.com/us/clearance/womens-boots/tall/75353548-arns/97
Dawn HH Posted May 12, 2010 Posted May 12, 2010 DanielP6406:-) A very nice pair of boots. I like the ruched look and the buckles on top. A great look for you. Any chance of a pic with you in them when they arrive? Cheers--- Dawn HH High Heeled Boots Forever!

Enjoy them.
InKHBoots Posted May 12, 2010 Posted May 12, 2010 DanielP6406, I purchased the same style last October in an Aldo store and wore them out of the store. I bought the Arns in cognac and they are one of my most comfortable and enjoyable boots to wear. I also had a fun time trying them on in the store with the store manager. Best to you on your new purchase, Gary.
Thighbootguy Posted May 12, 2010 Posted May 12, 2010 danielp6406 - I know: I said that I would not buy any more boots this year... Ah, don't believe everything you read on the internet. Nice boots! InKHBoots - Welcone to the forum. I dream of a world where chickens can cross roads without having their motives questioned.
danielp6406 Posted May 12, 2010 Posted May 12, 2010 Thank you all for the replies ! Dawn HH :-) I don't understand the "ruched look" expression: Can you please explain ? I will post a picture wearing them for sure. InKHBoots :-) Thank you for your positive review on the Aldo's Arns boots and welcome to this forum ! Now I can't wait to see if they are as comfortable as you say they are. I will wear them out of the store for sure.
vassies Posted May 13, 2010 Posted May 13, 2010 DanielP6406 i love those boots i am sure they will look great over a pair of jeans i had another spot of luck in a charity shop the other day (i know there not high heels but i just had to have them!)
xaphod Posted May 13, 2010 Posted May 13, 2010 They have style and, providing they aren't too narrow, you should be able to walk all day in them. Good choice. Xa

I purchased the same style last October in an Aldo store and wore them out of the store... Gary. You were right Gary: They are very comfortable and I love them ! I also wore them out of the store over my jeans. (Same as picture below) This time I got many heads turns
Dawn HH Posted May 15, 2010 Posted May 15, 2010 DanielP6406:-) The wrinkled slouched design down the shafts of the boot is sometimes known as the rusched look. InKHboots:-) Welcome to the HH Place Form. Cheers--- Dawn HH High Heeled Boots Forever!
Diablo Posted May 16, 2010 Posted May 16, 2010 Few weeks ago I ordered some new boots and I was able to pick them up yesterday finally! They are from Pleaser and have a 4,5" heel. They're very nice to walk in and look gorgeous I think! Here they are: http://www.sexyshoes.nl/images/pl-seduce-2013.jpg
Bubba136 Posted May 16, 2010 Posted May 16, 2010 Thanks for the pic, Diablo! Nice looking boots. The cuff at the top makes them attractive for wearing over your trousers or with a short skirt. Being mentally comfortable in your own mind is the key to wearing heels in public.
Diablo Posted May 16, 2010 Posted May 16, 2010 Thanks for the comment Bubba These cuffs can also be folded up, so that the boot looks like this: http://www.piratemerch.com/images/seduce-2013-B.jpg
geo Posted May 16, 2010 Posted May 16, 2010 I bought a pair of unlisted boots that look like a guys pair of wing tips but have a stilletto heel on them.
ImInHeels Posted May 16, 2010 Posted May 16, 2010 Got some new boots I want to try and go heeling in!
Dawn HH Posted May 16, 2010 Posted May 16, 2010 Diablo:-) Thats a great pair of boots for you. I prefer the turned down buccaneer style top. It also reminds me of the tall boots that the 3 Mussciteers, (spelling) wore. "All for one and one for all". Sounds like the members of HH Place. Cheers--- Dawn HH High Heeled Boots Forever!
yozz Posted May 18, 2010 Posted May 18, 2010 Got some new boots I want to try and go heeling in! Recently I got something rather similar. They are quite comfortable. I use them around the house though. They are very friendly for the neighbors because they don't make much noise. Y. Raise your voice. Put on some heels.

They are very friendly for the neighbors because they don't make much noise. Y. I only got them a couple of days ago, and poped out in them once, they are nice and quite, and look kinda like guys shoes with a long pair of jeans. I'm thinking of going for a quick walk tonight once it gets a little quite.
Dawn HH Posted May 22, 2010 Posted May 22, 2010 Iminheels:-) Be sure and let us know what happens. Cheers--- Dawn HH High Heeled Boots Forever!
Boots4Me Posted May 24, 2010 Posted May 24, 2010 Hi all, Just received my first pair of Leather thigh high boots. They are Red Leather Pleaser 8899's from Beston Shoes. The feel great on my legs and fit like a glove. I also love the colour. Considering I only paid around $70, I was pleasantly surprised at the leather quality. Beston shoes (Ebay Store) were brilliant! I ordered them and received them within a week. Pretty damn quick for US to Australia shipping. Hope you like the pics!

Most impressive boots there, my friend! I don't want to LOOK like a woman, I just want to DRESS like a woman!
Bubba136 Posted May 24, 2010 Posted May 24, 2010 Wow!! What great boots. Talk about eye catching -- red does it every time. You'll have every dingo dog for miles around howling "I want a pair" if you wear them in public  Please let us know what reaction you get when you walk into your local pub. Being mentally comfortable in your own mind is the key to wearing heels in public.
Boots4Me Posted May 25, 2010 Posted May 25, 2010 Thanks for the compliments everyone. Yeah Bubba the red sure does stand out. I'm usually into more subtle colours but I was feeling daring and decided to buy the red. One thing I have found is that they are really comfortable to walk in as they have a thin padded innersole. Since I love taking pics and clips of my boots I've decided to set up a flickr site to show them off. Initially it will have friends access only and I will only post the link in the personal members website section on this forum to make sure that people who want to see them are fellow heel lovers.
