HappyinHeels
All, Had an idea to send out holiday greetings with a visual of our favourite thing here. Two different angles of an assortment of my shoes, sandals, and boots. Apart from my best wishes is the chance to zoom in and see what you like best of this selection. Some of these get very occasional wear and others are worn much more often but all have been worn somewhere. Do enjoy your time off wherever you are in the world. Mele Kalikimaka You haven't experience Christmas until you seen I'm Dreaming of a White Christmas in hula. Dashing through the waves In an outrigger canoe, Over the surf we go, Laughing all the way Bells on dol-phins ring, Making spirits bright, What fun it is to ride and sing A paddling song tonight. Happy Holidays to all and may your heels be TALL in the coming year.

Shyheels
There’s an Australian Jingle Bells: Driving through the bush/in a dusty Holden ute/kelpie by my side/esky in the boot... Kids all sing in at Christmas pageants. It’s rather cute...

I had to look up what an Esky is... and was disappointed to find that “boot” in this case refers to the bed of the Ute and has nothing to do with shoes. at9
Boot (UK/AUS) = Trunk (US) Bonnet (UK) = Hood (US) Esky is Australian only. Until I looked it up I hadn't realised it was originally a trademark that became generic. Edited December 25, 2018 by at9
