  1. My red slings from OnlyMaker are an excellent fit. I also picked up a red MJ of the same style I posted the other day. Man I love these shoes. The red MJ's got a "I love your shoes" compliment from a waitress yesterday. I was wearing a pair of shorter cut jeans.

  2. These lovely pumps arrived yesterday. They are right at 5" and for me absolutely perfect. The heels are not straight down which is so a relief. I'm seeing more and more properly located and shaped heels these days. I wore these for about 8 hrs yesterday and they are extremely comfortable. They are a 42, and listed as 10.5 on Amazon, so definitely run true to size. I bought two more from this company as a result of my love of these pumps.

  6. Its a lot more stable then it looks and way more comfortable then a DOMINA-3000. The heel may seem very high but it is only 12.5 cm . As for pictures of me in them, I don't have anything nice to go with. Otherwise it is just me in shorts. I also want to avoid walking in them too much since I am still shopping for sole protector. I will try to come up with a picture.

  7. I know we're not supposed to talk about politics on this site, and I won't address things directly, but it's really part of the story, and it involves high heels. I maintain contact on a popular social media platform with an elderly lady from my church (being as we never see each other in person in these days of physical distancing). Let's put it this way, we hold pretty much polar opposites on the political spectrum, with she being the conservative one. We have traded barbs back and forth for the past several months, and a couple of days ago was no exception. She has been reading a book

  8. I just placed 3 public reviews on Amazon for the recent Hey Si Mey's. Pictures below were submitted. Please share some of your reviews. Not sure how long before the reviews actually get posted. The review in general reads: Amazing pumps. The heels are perfect height for me, 13cm at a size 42, US men's 10.5. The sizing is dead on an the shoes are amazingly comfortable. I wear heels publicly dressed as my image all the time and 10 hrs in these is no issue. I bought several others from this maker, only wish they offered these in nude and navy blue.

  9. What a difference two weeks have made! The temperature dropped precipitously about ten days ago, and it has stubbornly stayed there. It has also been extremely windy most of the past week, and it has either rained or even snowed on the majority of the days. As a result, I haven't done any walking lately. I've become such a wimp. However, on this morning, I made myself take a walk, even though it was 34º (1º C) and slightly breezy. And yes, I wore my True Religion mules, because why not? I have made it an aspiration to wear sandals as long as possible into the winter, though I probably won't we

I now have red, tan almond, dark brown, blue, turquoise, just to name a few. Soon you color and stack heel aversion will disappear. Enjoy the variety you are now encountering. My lastest is my first OTK boots, 4.33 inch heels and a 22 inch shaft. Real leather..Nine West Kimy

  13. Oh wow... 6 months flew by? Things have been busy! I haven't been here a lot, but a lot has changed. Back in March, before this virus, I had a lot more time available to myself. Let me clarify, I *had* time available to myself in private, whereas now it's a rarity. So a lot less opportunities at home, and a lot less time to ruminate about wearing heels. As such, I adapted and was forced to make opportunities. Before March I went to a coffee shop once every few weeks, and did a few stints like go downtown for a few hours in heels. I was on my way to being comfortable in heels, but the changes d

Today's image is from yesterday. !8 months ago I might have had pants that hid most of these heels, but these pants are size 10 Short skinny and they stop just before the tops of the heels No bunching of the material at the ankle that I see in other's. I originally got these jeans to fit inside my tall boots so that I could wear my boots outside my jeans and have less material on the inside. But I love how well they look with my booties too. Here are my Levi's 311 30" X 30". Ankle length so they fit in the boots. The membership checker at Costco told me she was "really digging those

  19. Yes! I remember the day I decided to start wearing heels into the office. We had recently acquired a startup company, and we brought the former owner of the company onto the stage of a big customer event for an interview. Amongst all the men in suits and women in heels, he strolled up in skinny jeans and tennis shoes. At that moment, I decided that if a top executive at our company can wear tennis shoes on stage, I’m certainly allowed to wear heels into the office!

I think the importance of showing images of our members in what they wear in public is important to show the members that only heel at home that you CAN wear your heels in public and the world does not end. I've gone from hiding my heels with long pants to openly wearing my knee high boots in plain sight. If you are going to wear heels, do it with pride.

  25. So uh, howdy there folks! Somebody mentioned in another thread about lifting heavy objects in heels. This triggered a memory from several months ago, involving lifting a heavy object. My wife sells egg rolls at the local farmer's market, and she has become fairly successful in this endeavor, to the point where our cheap Chinese meat grinder had failed catastrophically from constant use. To replace it, my wife found this ancient Hobart meat grinder for sale, I think it was made in the 1940s, but it still grinds the heck out of meat. It suits our needs perfectly, without having cost us th

  27. Not much happening for me lately, other than some quick trips to the grocery store, or to pick up some lunch, a couple hours seems to be the best I can manage. I wear my heels as much as I can but sure miss the full Saturday outings. I try to visit my locale Red Robin at least once a week as a take out. The hostess there has taken a shine to me, as she always comes out & compliments me, she even remembers my name. Says she is a heel lover too, & was wearing some modest pumps herself. I wore some new pumps I got in from Macys. I like their INC brand pumps as they are well made & fit

  28. Hey all, to add to @Cali's trend, I just wanted to share another 4 inch heel sighting! It's getting pretty bad when one's adventures as a man in heels become less exciting and important than seeing an actual woman out in the real world in heels these days. I was putting fuel in my car a couple of days ago, and a woman stepped out of a little SUV wearing actual, factual high heels! Don't get me wrong, they weren't stilettos in the classic style, but they were sleek, pointy toed pumps, worn with what I would call "office casual." They had substantial block heels, far higher than necessary for me

  32. I used to wear My mom's heels when I was like 3-4 years until I stopped because my dad hit me and told me I would end up being a travestite and bring shame to the family (there aren't many Open minded people here in México), so I just dreamed of having My own place to wear them secretly. Only 3 gfs knew my secret and supported me. I bought My first pair of heels when I was 18 (12 years ago), now I dunno how many I own (maybe a 100 pairs haha). At first I only liked High heels, then women's jeans and trousers and now I wear entirely women's clothes (indoor, of course. As I fear of being spotte

  34. I was in seventh grade in 1970, a time of colourful fashions, and quite fancied a pair of go-go boots like the ones this pretty red-haired girl named Lori used to wear to school almodts every day. I don't recall if they had heels or not - which tells me it wasn't the heels that appealed to me but the overall look of the boots themselves. I felt it was rather unfair that I couldn't have a pair. I continued to think that it was unfair for many years - that men were proscribed from wearing tall boots, with or without heels. It was not an obsession by any means, but when autumn rolled around and n

So, will say that I discovered my sister's red go go boots when I was about 8-10yrs old, I wore them when alone at home every chance I got. The first pair of boots that I bought/owned was in my teens, campus boots from JC Penney. I moved on to cowboy boots from there, some were cowgirl boots with 2-3" heels. Moved on to cowboy boots with 4-5" heels. Finally, graduated to stiletto boots about 15 years ago. But, it has only been in the last five years that I have developed the courage, skill, confidence to wear them public

  36. It's been an interesting week. I missed two days of work, thinking I had finally caught The Virus. But no, I didn't instead. My sickness and fever was evidently caused by something else, and I recovered in less than 24 hours. The second day I stayed home from work, I arranged to get a Covid test at a location near Costco, and it also happened to be my wife's day off from her work, so we decided to go shopping right after my test. It has been unusually cold this fall in our area, so I decided to wear a sweater with my Mark & James platform wedge sandals. I'm not crazy about them, I'm n

  39. I don't have much of an 'exciting' footwear collection, so there haven't been that many experiences or outings worth mentioning over the years. The two main reasons for my limited activity (in that respect) are (i) my wife's complete lack of understanding or acceptance - she knows only a little of my 'interest' (which she regards as a perversion) and I must keep it that way; (ii) the limited availability of (affordable) footwear in my size that I can and would wear comfortably and confidently in public. So, when the ASOS offerings came along, I had something not only to enjoy but to talk a

  41. My first time trying on a pair of heels was when I was 12. It was during summer vacation. I had become more and more curious about high heels. Teachers at school wore them and the girls were starting out in their low heel pumps about that time. My mom was cleaning the living room so I was watching TV in her bedroom. I was sitting on the floor next to the open closet and her shoes were sitting there in my peripheral vision. Gilligan's Island was on the TV and Gilligan was dressed up like a woman and couldn't walk in the heels. I thought that it couldn't be that hard so I grabbed my mom's

  42. It's been months since I put an entry in here. It because I have been busy working from home. I've mostly been wearing my Steve Madden Mules. Usually, I get only a few looks, but nothing much. When I voted on Monday, I notice one of the poll workers outside looking down with her mouth open, so I asked, "Do you like them?" and she nodded her head yes and a "I love them" came from another poll worker behind me. I'm not wearing heels enough for my back because it so easy to kick off the mules while behind my computer, then get up and do something barefooted in the house. So recently

  44. My first experience was trying on my Mom's but was already too large to get into her size 6B's. My guess is that I was around 12 or 13 as my female peers were getting their first pair for dress-up occasions at church and school. I was fully intrigued by how their walk change and how the looked so different. I did find my Grandmother was a size 8 and had a wooden block heel of probably 2 1/2 inch height. They were a peep-toe quarter-strap sandal and they fit. Oh the feeling which sent chills through my whole body screamed that these shoes were so special to be able to wear. I had fun bala

I suppose that because Milan is the fashion capital of Italy so their police need to be well turned out too. Their helmets are rather like a traditional British men's police helmet.

Well I'm 27 and working as a Pharmacy Technician, although where I live the requirements to become one and work as one are extremely low compared to what is required outside of my region. I'm not sure when my interest for high heels started but it could probably have been during high school because my english teacher in 4th and 5th grade was always in heels and I think it looked really nice on her, which lead to me being distracted in class instead of listening since I was a bit better then the other students when it came to speaking the language. I've bought heels from

  47. Jaunt #564, 10/24/2020: I’ll admit to being a creature of routine, and part of that routine for me as a fashion freestyler calls for me to swap out my spring/summer attire for fall/winter clothing in early to mid-October as it usually turns nippy in my neck of the woods around this time. However, because it’s 2020, predictably, the weather has been a tad....unpredictable as temps today felt more like spring than fall, so I adapted for this outing by wearing a dark denim jacket over a black tank top, the camo print denim miniskirt, black tights (more for fashion than warmth), the Payless “Marti
