Dawn HH
DBert:-) That certainly is a great looking pair of ankle boots and should give you much pleasure being worn under a longer pair of jeans. Good luck on your public heeling and enjoy the fun it will afford you while doing it. Keep us all posted here as to your future progress in public heeling. danielp6406
Here is my last boot purchase until next fall. (I know what you think but I assure you this time it is true... ) Taupe color is a first for me and I guess it wont be the last. Note that I prefer to wear them with the flap pulled up: I think they look better this way. (See picture in black to see what they look like with the flap up) Do you prefer them with flap up or flap down ? Your opinion please !
maninboots
great lookin boots and well done for going public in them, keep it up and who knows, maybe one day you can advance onto some nice knee highs worn over jeans, women do it all the time so why shouldnt we, again people dont bother as much as you would think, do it once and you will always want to do it, i do, never looked back

dblair
danielp6406, very nice boots! Folded up or down, both ways work great in my opinion. I guess it depends on what you are wearing them with.
Bootking
Hey daniel, you can wear them either way but I personally would do the flap down as I think it looks cooler that way; great color in a great boot! It's all about the heel!
vassies
lovely boots,i think flap up, over the top of a pair of skinny jeans would look great.
Thighbootguy
danielp6406 - Great looking boots! Let your mood guide you as to how to wear them. A more formal look - flap up, for a more casual look - flap down. The boots are a great design that will work both ways. I dream of a world where chickens can cross roads without having their motives questioned.

Thank you all for your opinion ! Mr. X :-) I got them from Aldo. They were on sale and I got an extra 15% rebate. Follow this link: http://www.aldoshoes.com/ca-eng/women/boots/tall-boots/76207024-matsushima/37 The heel is 4" high (100 mm), no platform and they are extremely comfortable to wear. The leather is very soft. I love them Happy heeling all !
jwhite44
I think flap down looks better. And call me the first to say I don't believe this is your last pair of boots. It's only mid-March; I have to think you'll find at least another pair with a great "end of season" discounted price.

wood&metal
I bought a pair of Jessica Simpson "Alpine" boots, online............I'd love to show them off, if they ever get here.... I know-I know....Just go to the store, try em' on and buy em'....At this stage in my heeling, I would, however they are an older style and hard to find, let alone find in a size 10... Never frown because you never know who is falling in love with your smile.
Bootking
however they are an older style and hard to find, let alone find in a size 10... wood&metal
So, you are one of the lucky guys that can wear a US Women's size 10?? Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr Sometimes, when I'm lucky.... But given a choice, especially with a 4"+ heel, I'd opt for 10.5 or 11... Never frown because you never know who is falling in love with your smile.
