dr1819
Pick your favorite - same boot in four styles I modified using Paint. The boot on the left remains intact for comparison. Original Heel: Riding Heel: Cuban Heel: Stiletto Heel:
dr1819
I chose the Cuban, because it's a good mix of sexy and masculine.
davefry
I went for original, the rest just ain't my style.
heelium
The stiletto first, second choice would be the original Heelium Every generation laughs at the old fashions, but follows religiously the new.
MrStiletto
My choice would be the stiletto first (of course) I think the next would be the cuban heel
Dr. Shoe
I would wear the cuban but only because it's a timeless classic that goes with the general design of the boot. ramon020
I choose for the cuban heel style, cause it is sexy and is more masculine looking and I could wear easier at the street than the other styles.
sscotty727
Can I request you add a wedge boot to your list? I wear wedges for descretion and also the wife approves of wedges. She doesn't like me wearing any kind of heel.
dr1819
 Sure! How do you want the back to look? Straight, tapered, or curved, like the stilleto?
Thighbootguy
I went for the stiletto (maybe even one a little higher) but any/all were a fine choice. I dream of a world where chickens can cross roads without having their motives questioned.
Thighboots2
dr1819 Good question to pose. I voted for the Cuban heel as this heel style is widely accepted. Of course, I would like to see a 3"+ Heel, but Cubans give a nice blend of shape and style, whilst being accepted as wearable by either sex. A good example would be from Pennangalan Dreams The weblink is http://www.pennangalan.co.uk/boots/FW245.php According to the blurb, these have a 7cm lift. Again a nice height to get the feeling of the lift, yet not too high for general daily wear. It is exactly this sort of style that could so easily become mainstream for men. I expect to put these into my collection this year. Whilst I did vote for the Cuban, of course the Stiletto comes home second, I just love them, as do we all. TB2 Are you confusing me with someone who gives a damn?
dr1819
Interesting shoe! And they're indeed designed for a man, as every other shoe on the sight with a heel that's higher than 1/2" stops around F9 (I assume that means Female, too).

Thighboots2
Indeed they are interesting. Similar to the offerings from http://www.beatwear.co.uk except the heel is higher I emailed them about the boot and they recommend ordering a whole size up ie 11 for 10 as the boot does run on the small side. You can wear this boot with jeans with the whole heel showing and all you will get is compliments. TB2 Are you confusing me with someone who gives a damn? Shiela Ann
I prefer the stiletto heel. My second choice would be the cuban heel. All are nice and I do like the added wedge heel boots.
slaneyrw
I too much prefer the stiletto form for a shoe, however I'm not much of a fan of the ankle boot. For my boots, it's got to be at least knee high
sscotty727
Here you go, Scotty: Thanks DR. I know they aren't as "sexy" as the stilleto, but for practicle/casual wear, I think the wedges are the best. Now if anything goes, of course I would take the stilleto.

Elegant
For me Cuban, then riding heel. These stillettos don't look nice to me- not high enough! What is good for a goose, can be good for any gender!
chris100575
I'd go for the stiletto. I've worn a few different styles of heel but keep coming back to the good old spikes! Chris
Shoeiee
Hello all, This really is not a fair poll for me as I would wear either the original OR the stiletto, depending on outfit and/or occasion. I like them both!! Happy Heeling!! "Heels aren't just for women anymore!!" Happy Heeling! Shoeiee
Dawn HH
I would go for the original maybe in a higher heel, but that is just me. Cheers--- Dawn HH High Heeled Boots Forever!
Guy N. Heels
I would wear the cuban but only because it's a timeless classic that goes with the general design of the boot. Ditto. Keep on stepping, Guy N. Heels
Shafted
I voted for the stiletto. I really like the feeling of it underfoot as well as they are very light weight. I also like the fact that the impact point of the stiletto is directly under you heel rather than behind it, which for me makes for easier and more natural walking. Shafted, the boots that is! dr1819
I was looking back over the picks, and I realized it would be nice if someone offered an extended height cuban/riding heel of say, 3 or 4 inches. I'm quite sure if they made the base large enough, but kept the general angles, and marketed specifically to men, that many men would buy them without a second thought. azraelle
I would prefer a somewhat exaggerated version of the shape that was popular in ~1966-67 among teenage boys in America--the front looks like the Cuban heel, the back looks like a cross between the Cuban and the stilletto, e.g. with a severe slant curving into a near vertical slant near the bottom. Amounting to about an inch and a quarter squared of actual horizontal contact surface with the ground. If this makes sense. whynotheels
Stilletto. The tipsee-er the better.
HappyFeat
I voted for the stiletto. I personally like low stiletto heels as much as higher stiletto heels. Basically, its by far the best heel style in my opinion. Style is built from the ground up!
