I want to be traained or have it explained to me how to achieve semi permanent or permanent high heel dependence

Never take them off. Your ham strings tighten up. I wear heels pretty much 7 days a week and I already had tight ham strings.

I am not "stuck" in heels after several years of this although I can tell when I am not in heels. On the other hand I can't tell when I am in them. The only time I really notice anything is when I rake them off and sometimes when I first put them on

I understand this, but It's not logical in many ways.

Well one way is to always wear high heeled shoes or boots wherever you go and what ever you do no matter what all the time. Secondly if wanted to you could have locked on your feet with an ankle strap or some other method, there was a tread about that some time ago. You could find yourself Dominatrix who I am sure would love to train you to do that, may cost a bit. There is tread about having permanent shortening of the Achilles tendon from wearing heels all the time some where here, that discussion did state situation of needing to be in high heels all the time because of a shortened tendon.

Obviously it is your choice and wish to do that...hope you find what you are looking for.

Each to their own? Non judgemental??

Sorry if I appeared that way.

I have a very tight muscle structure, so things like touching my toes is virtually impossible. Wearing heels for me is somewhat of a relief in the achilles, but after a few hours, simple things like jumping into the shower can get a bit painfull since the achilles have to stretch a bit.

Heels have also made my back feel better some days. I wish I had known this 20 some years ago.

Redandwhite: the idea of being stuck in heels gives me a thrill, but it's not practical. :)

Logic has nothing to do with what trips someone's trigger!

Also, what one person finds erotic, and other may find disgusting. Don't bother to try to figure it out!

The idea of having no other options, but to wear high heels has crossed, if not seriously occupying all of our minds at some point. Then reality sets in. Certainly there are ways to work with being permanently high heeled, but is it really worth the extra measures one would have to do in order to still be active among the living? Going barefoot could be a problem. What will you do if you only use the shower for your body's hygiene maintenance? Stand on your tip toes for the whole time or find some high heel sandals/slippers to wear while showering. Most heels don't stay together well after they become soaked. Being an active sports/ball player would also be severely handicapped. Would you still be able to lift 4 to 6 hundred pound weights wearing 4" heels and not be concerned about ankle and foot injuries.

Nevertheless, with this understanding, the idea/interest/intent still gets replayed in my mind from time to time.

Why someone would want to do this is beyond me, it's not healthy.

Most people who see a guy walk in heels will say something EXACTLY like that. Irony much?

Not really, a guy wearing heels isn't deliberately and permanently damaging himself.

We have assumed the wearing of high heels drastically limit everyone's ability to perform. However, when a person is still able to do all the activities they want to be involved with while wearing their heeled heights, who are we to say anything about their choice to be permanent. Dancing in high energy ballroom activities, going for basketball rebounds, performing acrobatic movements, or spiking the volleyball from elevated positions do have some possibilities to be considered, but if they have the agility and their SO, partner, or playing buddies have no qualms, then enjoy. This goes for the guys also.

Doesn't matter. Most people will still say, look at that guy, what a weirdo. So a weirdo saying what a weirdo about someone else's odd behavior is ironic.

There is tons of stuff that people do that leads to permanent damaging of the body that are considered socially acceptable. And I'm not just talking about drugs and alcohol. Ballet dancers train to the point that they're damaging their bodies as well. Professional athletes perform at such high levels that are damaging to their bodies as well. So why are we singling out this woman for her odd thing? Could it be because to us its more about the weirdness and not so much the damaging of the bodies part? Which again, coming from guys who like to wear high heels, me included, is kinda ironic?

I'm not saying "what a weirdo" and never did, personally I don't care what people are into as long as no-one's getting hurt, however this is not that far from saying "So, Chinese foot binding looks like fun, how do I get into it?"

My only concern on this issue is that anyone who actually does this is permanently damaging their body in a way that could affect their ability to lead a normal life.
