Dawn HH
Chris100575:-) Congratulations on your advancement to the 4" sandals, and yes sandal-toe nylons would look quite nice with them. Sandals don't give enough support---I need a little more sturd. I would love a pair of your patent courts, but I can't balance that style of heel anymore. I was refering to the post promotion 3'5" frumpy boots which will be my next promotion. Those I could scuff around in and be quite happy with. Let's face it ---my days in stiletto heels are gone. Anyways---congratulations and cheers. Dawn HH High Heeled Boots Forever!
chris100575
Hi Dawn, I suppose I was being slightly unfair to the boots. They're really not that bad, it's just that I love stilettos. IMO they'd look better if the ankle was more fitted. I like sandals, but owing to my Reynaud's I can only wear them in the summer. So far I only have one pair, but am looking to get some more when the weather warms up, ideally some stiletto mules. Chris
Dawn HH
Chris100575:-) I agree with you that the "frumpy" boot would look much better if the ankle was more fitted. I love stilettoes too, BUT---. It seems that I'm not the only one that has trouble with feet, so go for the mules and hope for the best. Enjoy---Cheers--- Dawn HH High Heeled Boots Forever! Heelboykiz
where can i get A pair of those courts in your avatar??? i want a pair
chris100575
If you want those exact ones you can get them from www.boutiquesensuale.co.uk they're made by Lady Elizabeth, and are sold as 5" although the heels are about 5 1/4". I'm guessing that you'll need to go to an actual shop rather than buying online though. If that's the case, you should be able to find black patent court shoes in many places. Heelfan
Hello Everyone! I'm hereby making my one-thousandth posting on these Forums. And I can proudly say that I've done it all with "proper" contributions and not just, for instance, by adding the odd word to the word game on "Non-Shoe topics". Sadly, out of over 1,300 members, very few others have topped the 1,000 milestone, so get posting you lily-livered load of layabouts! (Only joking!) Mind you, it's incredible how many members take the trouble to join, and then months later you notice on the membership list that they've only ever made one or two, or even nil postings! In seconds I'll be pressing "Submit", which (I hope!) will magically transport me from the 5.5" stiletto pumps into Debbie's 6" Oxfords. Here we go! Cheerfully yours, Heelfan Onwards and upwards! Firefox
Ah yes indeed, you now sport the famous Debbie's Oxfords! Congratulations on 1000 in less than 1 year which is a great achievement for a "newcomer" to a specialist forum such as this especilly considering the depth of your posting. Dawn HH
Heelfan:-) 1000 posts? Fantastic and congratulations on reaching Debbie's 6" Oxfords so quickly. Outstanding! If I can keep posting the way I have been, I'll be able to reach my 1000 in less than a year also. I'm just a couple of posts away from 500 in just 4 months. Don't slow down or I just might run up your tail-pipe. Phump!!! Cheers--- Dawn HH High Heeled Boots Forever!

Dawn HH
Well---I did it again. I changed my shoes to a 5" spikey boot. I can't wear them in real life, but I sure do like them as an Avatar picture. And now for my next trick---on to a different style and a higher heel. Cheers--- Dawn HH High Heeled Boots Forever!
