BBLoverEric Posted January 21, 2006 Posted January 21, 2006 As I'm sure you guessed from the topic, I'm curious as to the demographics of this. Put down your sex and your "relationship" with them. a I'll start: male - fascinated and would love to wear my own one day.
ShockQueen Posted January 21, 2006 Posted January 21, 2006 Okay...I'll bite! Male, and would love to try a pair on sometime to see if the feel would be worth me shelling out the shekels to own my own pair :-) SQ.....still busting societal molds with a smile...and a 50-ton sledge!
Mickey S. Posted January 21, 2006 Posted January 21, 2006 Hi! I'm male, 35, and own 4 pairs of ballet-type heels (pumps, ankle-, knee-high- and thigh-high-boots). CU! -Mike

Dr. Shoe Posted January 21, 2006 Posted January 21, 2006 I gather that around 90% of all people who bought ballet boots from LSB were male.... Graduate footwear designer able to advise and assist on modification and shoe making projects.
a3 Posted January 22, 2006 Posted January 22, 2006 Hallo, a I am male too and have 4 pairs of ballet heel style form different shops, sandalets to knee boots and a pair self made stainless steel muils with a ankle band for support and a (on)scrouble heel. Spring Posted January 22, 2006 Posted January 22, 2006 Hello all! My gf owns 2 pairs of ballets boots from TLSB: 1. black smooth leather - knee high 2. black patent leather - ankle high not walking well with them, yet though
shyguy Posted January 22, 2006 Posted January 22, 2006 Maybe we should have a meet, and someone who has BB could let the curious try them He was so narrow minded he could see through a keyhole with both eyes. Brown's Law: If the shoe fits, it's ugly
BBLoverEric Posted January 23, 2006 Author Posted January 23, 2006 That would be great but I have no way to travel. I'm in college and can't really leave. I would be so up for that if I could though, that saddens me Also, a3, where can I find that story of which you spoke?
new_look Posted January 23, 2006 Posted January 23, 2006 male 23 and currently iterested in purchasing some, but rather costly to simply 'try'
a3 Posted January 23, 2006 Posted January 23, 2006 Hallo, on the side of "thndrshark" www.thndrshark.com you can find a lot of stories with connections to BDSM, piercsing, fetish and more from different writers. Rockpup Posted January 25, 2006 Posted January 25, 2006 Male, 29, 9 pairs from shoes to thigh boots.. 4 of the 5 makers covered in that. I no longer have my LSB boots, as a friend with one size larger feet has provided them a much better home then I've given them the last couple years. (formerly known as "JimC")
bobbi Posted January 26, 2006 Posted January 26, 2006 I'm male, 38, and have never had the pleasure of wearing them, but would like to try sometime. bobbie
BBLoverEric Posted January 26, 2006 Author Posted January 26, 2006 I had a feeling the majority of people who would post about ballet heels would be men. I know there are a few women out there who enjoy them and would love to hear from them.
Dawn HH Posted January 26, 2006 Posted January 26, 2006 I would like to try a pair sometime just for the experience, but wouldn't be buying any. Cheers--- Dawn HH High Heeled Boots Forever!
chris100575 Posted January 27, 2006 Posted January 27, 2006 Male 30. I've tried on a pair of ballet heels and liked them a lot. The girl in the shop helped me to get to my feet once she'd strapped me into them and they were suprisingly comfortable to stand in. I couldn't walk though! I do like the idea of owning a pair, but they're pretty expensive considering that I'd probably rarely wear them. Chris
Waisted_Giraffe Posted January 27, 2006 Posted January 27, 2006 All Male, currently 29, started wearing at 24, have owned a pair of ankle boots from LSB, Qualifetish (Hot Peppers) Puntive Shoes and Devious. Haven't worn for ages as lifestyle has changed, though not sure that's a good thing.
a3 Posted February 11, 2006 Posted February 11, 2006 Hallo, a few of all have ballet heels and are able to walk them. Sofar a few have told us. But I know a few more and even ladies who wear ballet boots. As the symbol of the olympic games the rings connecting others so can it be with people who have ballet heels, but not have sign in. Perhaps there are some other members outside thies who knows more people. So ask people to sign in and let the club of balletheel weares grow bigger. Perhaps for the one who wants a try in thies kind of shoe type can have a go by a member in the next town, who know. A picture is welcome, no matter the still or the pose, when you let others ballet heel lovers know you have them. go on heels A3
nhoj62 Posted February 11, 2006 Posted February 11, 2006 i am male and i have a pair of devious ballet thigh boots i had to shorten the heels on mine to make them walkable. later peeps nhoj62 the higher the boot, the higher the heel, the better the feeling!
BlondeBimbo Posted February 12, 2006 Posted February 12, 2006 Female. Only the one pair - devious ballet knee highs. Standing no problem, walking OK, but at the moment I tend to bend my right knee when steping down, so at the moment I class that as not able to walk correctly. BB
Adeana Posted February 14, 2006 Posted February 14, 2006 female...never tried a pair on or actually ever seen a real pair. Would try them on and maybe walk in them or wear them for a bit just to try... Does anyone ever Email anymore? Send me one! I like to chat!
