I wouldn't be able to walk or stand 8 hrs in these in all honesty. These are a hot trend on alliexpress right now. They are obviously Chinese which is why I pushed the heels hard before plunging into more colors. Once the heel tap is worn I'll insert a cap screw tap for replacement. They'll be very loud of course but won't require constant replacement. Besides, who doesn't want to be seen and heard anyway. My personal test for heels is my wife's farmer's market booth, and that's only 5 hours of 95% standing. If I can work that in relative comfort, then I have something there. I have not been brave so far this year, sticking with effective 3 inch heels.
Jkrenzer Posted June 7, 2023 Author Posted June 7, 2023 Been a little while since I posted here. I brought in my new grey/white print slings today. Been a few weeks since introducing a different pair at work. These are slingback versions of the metal heeled pumps I recently showed. Comfort level is top 90%. Image quality is not great but trying to keep the file sizes down. 4
StilettoLuv Posted June 7, 2023 Posted June 7, 2023 Those sandals are so unique Joe. I love them and really glad to hear they are 90% comfortable. But I am not sure what 90% means. 100% and 0% are pretty obvious but 90% suggests some minor issue.

Fine now, but once fully broken in they may be too large. We'll see. As a rule, slingbacks tend to stretch more in the toe box since the back half of the upper is not there to support.
Jkrenzer Posted June 28, 2023 Author Posted June 28, 2023 I think my belly is getting a bit big. Need to cut back on snacks. 6
Cali Posted June 30, 2023 Posted June 30, 2023 It's Mess With Your Mind Thursday, so today's work boots. 3

Jkrenzer Posted August 4, 2023 Author Posted August 4, 2023 Been a couple weeks. Today I have a proper color match. 4
StilettoLuv Posted August 4, 2023 Posted August 4, 2023 Love those Joe. Perfectly co-ordinated. Comfortable for all day at work?

Amazing family of pumps from Maiernisi via alliexpress. They offer 3 colors officially but have made me 13. Highly recommend, well made even for Chinese shoes.
Jkrenzer Posted April 2 Author Posted April 2 Been a bit since I have posted here. Still no changes, pretty much daily work and heeling for me. Today I thought I'd share these images. These are my ridiculously low cut Hey Si Mey pumps. Actually very comfortable shoes. 5

Cali Posted April 13 Posted April 13 I had a blue day on Thursday. Only two interesting comments. I woman I know told me,"I don't like blue shoes, but I like those." And our Admin. Assist: "I'm surprise you're not in open toe heels today." It was a warm (high 70's) day. 2
Shyheels Posted April 13 Posted April 13 Chilly and raw in Yorkshire - for me at work it was heavy suede OTK boots with 4” heels
Cali Posted April 14 Posted April 14 It's been a wet winter and I haven't been able to wear my suede JS stilettos much. 1
Shyheels Posted April 14 Posted April 14 It’s been very wet here - and continues to be so - and I do not wear my suede boots outside for that reason but in my home office where they stay dry and I stay warm! And my feet and calves especially so 1
