i like black boots and white boots and then red and then blue my favourite colour tho is definitely black, i just looks so flippin good and as mentioned already does go with just about anything accept perhaps(and debatably) the aforementioned white bridal dress.

the higher the boot, the higher the heel, the better the feeling!

I ware black a lot just because I like it and it goes with most fashions easily. I do wear brown boots some. But, if I could (not that I can't-I just choose not to), I would wear red most of the time. Love the color but it does draw a lot of attention.

I agree. Most of my Boots are black however I also have many other colours, red, white, brown, blue, gold, silver. The red, white, gold and silver always garner a greater amount of attention when I wear them out and about. Red definitely says, look at me! david

I have the majority of mine in black, a couple in white which I jsut adore... I have a pink pair which I wasn't a big fan of until my g/f saw them... she loves them alot! Then I have a pair of brown, I admit I would like more brown ones this fall... My g/f bought me a pair of red thigh high and I fell in love with them, prefer wearing them more than any others right now...

Another vote here for black. I have a couple of pairs of dark brown knee boots too which I really like so I might buy more of those in the future. I've owned boots of other colours but didn't much like any of them, including; - white "ABBA" platform knee boots - white J-Lo style ankle boots Both far too 'showy' for my taste.

I voted for black as that is the color that I have the most of in shoes and boots. However, if RED was the choice, I would have picked that as I have a preference for red.

Right after I posted this I saw the avatar and really started to laugh as the shoes are RED!

It's all about the heel!

Only black for me, but they must be clean. (I polish my boots after every outing)

Black is the best color, then dark brown. They are easy to polish and clean. Boots with lighter colors, white and off white tend to look dirty or discolored over time.

my footwear is like my clothing... i'll wear black untill something darker is invented :w00t2:

Up to this point, all of my boots are black except for one pair that is antique taupe. Mickey says that I should try a pair of brown ones some time., and see what outfits that I could come up with to go with them. Cheers--- Dawn HH

Black. But have recently added red and white to my arsenal.

Interesting choice of word: 'Arsenal'... I like it! Suggests that maybe you'll be high-kicking bad guys with those boots in the street.
