Well done, Highluc! It's fun getting new shoes!
-
if your motherboard supports USB in legacy mode then there are less problems. I know that Linux is a slightly problematic OS to setup, but I'm told it's well worth it.
-
has anyone had any joy using QNX. it's a microkernel POSIX operating system that seems to be gaining some popularity. just a pity that a lot of hardware still isn't supported
-
I got a USB 100mbit network connection, your stuff's GHETTO! Move up or be left behind!

you could always try utilising a full length mirrow if you have one
I know you may feel a little insecure about the thought of posting your face on the forum, but that's what this thread's about. I thought like you once, but that's changed. I'm sure everyone else could say the same thing. Don't be nervous, we're not going to criticise you for how you look.
I'll be posting a recent 'out and about' picture of me soon, as I'm off to another party, but I have to drag the unwitting recipient out of his house for an hour or two while his kids sort out the decorations and food
Good excuses for carrying my camera around

have you noticed that the women over 20 compliment you while the under 20's snigger.

Explorer and Outlook 6 had a compability problem while being used with 98se and ME if you had enabled the 128bit encryption. Luckily I found out before I had chance to install
so stuck with 5.5

Well, it's a start! Next step is to include your head

The ideal heel height is what you can comfortably walk in without causing distress to your feet. In my case between 3" and 4", any higher and I reduce the length of time that I can wear them to a few hours.
-
Mine usually goes for flat utilitarian type shoes, but she is slowly looking at heels. She has bought a few pairs with low heels t start with. Must have something to do with the fact that I'm nearly always wearing 3" or above
-
and now you know why these magnetic bracelets and such have such differing effects on the body
-
The only problem I had with ME was it not booting up InCD properly, which I rectified by altering the installation order. I would use XP, but it refused to see my WinTV card. Drivers now exist for this, but I'll stick with ME for now. Less headaches for the moment. I shall most likely install XP when I get a cpu of 1.5Ghz or above. It might be worth it then

I'm gonna stop reading this section if you're gonna keep doing this to me!
-
might as well face it you're addicted to heels! thought I'd get that one in before someone else did
I find that my 3" feel like I'm wearing flats. In fact I was playing football in my old 3" heels yesterday. Flat shoes now tend to cause discomfort if worn for too long these days and I only feel like I've got heels on when wearing 4" or above. As for addiction, I don't wear my heels because I can't live without them, I wear them because I want to. I still wear flats for certain jobs, like kicking down sheds and chopping wood (yes! my shoulder's a lot better now
) If you keep going higher and they start to feel like flats, then you'll be disappointed when you're walking on tiptoes and it don't feel any different. Where do you go from there?

It's nice to see older vehicles on the roads as it shows that some people are preserving a small slice of heritage transport. I shall be attending a rally soon called Cavalcade. It's a local rally, but attracts large numbers of traction engines, buses, steam driven wagons and, even, steam driven fairgrounds! The beer flows, everyone has fun and, if the weather turns bad, we all get muddy!
All part of the fun!

life is certainly much better when you have taken that step and freed your mind of some of it's constraints. quote from The Matrix "Welcome, to the real world"

well I'm in accordance with Firefox and Calv. maybe the guy should have worried about the wind picking up
have driven cars, tractors, vans and a minibus, but only cars in heels. so can't help on the bus driving

I'll just sit out the nuclear explosion and wait til the coast is clear

Are you offering?

I don't bother with tights or stocking unless they are going to be seen. if I wear tights or stockings, normally my toe nails tend to cut their way through at a phenomenal rate
best stick with the socks
