There are some quality shoes. I was buying mary janes from them when I noticed they had large sizes. (Not surprising since I seem to remember picking up that link from this site a while back).

I'll try and remember in future, when shopping to note any sites stocking large sizes and paste a link in the "Size large please" thread along with all the ones you found.

My thoughts exactly. I believe a Lot of Guys would be buying better quality shoes if they were available in larger sizes. As we all know, most brands only go up to US 11 or European 41. Nine West knows that size 12's will sell, and seem to be offering more size 12's every year. Steve Madden even sneaks out a few size 12's once in a while.

The way around the size issue when buying quality shoes is to buy them for your wife or girlfriend instead of yourself, or me even.

I've never tried to wear plastic shoes all day, but I'd guess it wouldn't be a very pleasant experience.....

I've never tried to re-create any particular look I may have seen. Instead, I concentrate on developing my own look, complete with the egotistical mindset that perhaps someone out there will want to copy me! Heh!

Thanks for the link. I like Pleasers (and Ellies), they're cheap and cheerful. There are few pairs of Pleasers I would wear on a dressy night out, but for the trips to the bar where the shoes could get damaged, they're well up to the job.

I didn't mean to upset anyone by calling pleaser shoes cheap. Though having said that, perhaps you've never experienced quality footwear?. I would recommend it.

FYI, I was browsing around a while ago looking for some cheap fun shoes to wear to a party. I looked at a lot of sites and saw what turned out to be pleaser brand shoes over and over again All different prices, some extortionate.

I've had numerous embarassing moments most of which I wrote about in the embarassing moments thread. I also left the house in odd shoes once. They were almost identical and having already arrived in town and being in a hurry I was forced to carry on with my errands. Fortunately I think I was the only one who noticed. Glad to find I'm not alone in this.
