    Who has bought some new BOOTS?

    I was in my Local "Winners" this evening, for those that live in Canada. With fall fast approaching, boot stocks are getting plentiful. Normally I don't find much I like there shoe or boot wise. But tonight I spotted a pair of botties that caught my eye straight away. I new I was buying them Even before I tried them on. I tried them on and they fit perfect, maybe even a little on the loose side. They looked even better on me then they did on the shelf. Sold! Then I looked at the price tag, $40. Double sold!!

    The boots themselves are a two tone chocolate brown with several buckles. They look like they may have a hidden platform but I can't really tell. Websites will tell you the heel is 4 inches, but I measured the heel to be closer to 5 inches. They have a faux fur lining as well, so they will be quite warm. The boots are an interesting combination of ruggedness balanced out by the cuteness and softness of the heel. I can't wait for some cooler weather so I can give these a spin. Now, what to wear them with? Any thoughts?

    Not sure of the exact numbers. I definitely have more women's shoes though. I only have a few pairs of men's shoes. Without counting I would say I am in the double digits probably for women's shoes. I think most of the posts here are gonna say that they have more women's shoes.

    I also like the black and white combo. I wear black and white often in the summer. I also reverse the colors with black jeans and white polo shirt with my Naturalizer white open toe mules with a 3" block heel for that combo, I recently wore this combo and was showing off my red polished toes. Had a couple of compliments from cashiers at Walgreen's and a supermarket.

    Keep on posting those pictures.

    Actually, she was the only one working at the time. That is usually the case at this particular store. Especially in the mornings, when I like to frequent, because it is less busy.

    I really like the black & white combo with your stiletto high heels. It looks very stylish and I'm sure is very comfortable. The jeans combo is nice, too. The black shirt, white pants, and black high heels just seemed to stand out for me.

    I like it too! I definitely plan to give that outfit a travel in the future.

    Oh, yeah, let me give you some much needed and vital advice. If you choose to go out and about in a short skirt during the heat of summer, be sure to put a sunshade in the windshield AND a towel on the driver's seat, otherwise, your thighs will suffer big time when you return to your car and sit down on a blistering hot seat. And my seats are leather which can be even worse! YOW! Another bit of advice for skirt wearing, if you act like it's no big deal, everyone else will feel the same way. Plain and simple. Meanwhile, more outings to come....

    Not that all be wearing a skirt anytime soon, but thanks for the tip! And it sound like you had another enjoyable outing. Keep it up!

    The attached heels below are a few of the girlier heels that I have. I have many and had a hard time saying which ones are more girly. I love all styles and wear different ones for different occasions.

    I hope these meet the requirements of this thread.

    The weather was suppose to get warm today but it was a little cooler in the morning. Perfect opportunity to go on a travel. I had a day off, and I had a few errands to run, banking and such. I decided to wear the shirt seen here. [urlhttp://www.hhplace.org/guys/12167-mr_x_s_travels-8.html#post282518 As for the bottoms. I was originally going to wear my white stretch jeans, but I decided to wear regular blue jeans instead. I am sitting here wishing I had stuck with the white ones. Oh well! There is always next time. And for the shoes I choose my "fioni" 4 inch flat black stillettos. I managed to get all my errands done. And the whole day went off without a hitch. I also managed to stop in at Aldo for a little Mr. X time. My favorite sales girl was working but she was busy with stock or something. Plus I didn't see much I liked, so I wasn't in there very long. A nice uneventful travel for me. I just wish I could have chatted someone up about my outfit or there's. Now on to the pics! First one is the outfit as I intended to wear it. With the white pants. The other pics are the outfit as I wore it with the blue jeans, both front and back. Enjoy! Comments and suggestions welcome.

    I am not usually a platform fan at all. I came across this vid though. It is Ann Hathaway on "Chelsea lately." She is wearing some super high heels. And there doesn't appear to be too much of a platform for the high height of the heels. There is a platform obviously, but the platform is hidden. Plus the colour of the shoes also detracts from any platform that does exist. Check it out and let me know what you think? And if anyone can identify the shoes it would be appreciated.

    Love the heels she is wearing. I'd like to see them up close. Doesn't look like there is much of a platform for the high height of those heels. I looked at some vids of this and any platform appears to be hidden. Plus the colour of the shoes detracts from the plat as well. I usually detest platform!

    These sandals are comfortable, even if the heel is high, 13 cm.

    The insole and the heel are the same than another pair i have from Gio Hel.

    What I meant was. What brand? How much? And were can we buy them? Stuff like that.
