If you like em that's all that matters. But that is definitely more than I would spend on any pair of shoes! Let alone ones that don't really tickle my fancy.
-
So that's 2 compliments you should give to others to keep everything in harmonious balance.
I think giving compliments while wearing heels is just as much of a buzz as receiving them.
I give compliments all the time if they are warranted. And I don't need to be wearing heels or any other form of dress for that matter.

Wow! I can't believe this is my 2nd outing in as many days! I don't think I've ever done 2 outings in a week! Let alone report on them! I had so much fun wearing my booties last time, I thought I would give them another go. Plus I had my black skinnies I purchased on my last outing. I wanted to try them as well. My first stop was the big mall here. As I was walking to the doors a younger women was coming out. I guessed she worked in the mall and was coming out for a smoke break. She sat on a bech near the door and lit up. As I walked by I noticed she was moderately attractive. She wasn't a knockout, but she wasn't ugly either. She had on a pair of short black botties as well! They didn't really strike my fancy though. I kept walking and entered. I usual go there to check out the Aldo store. I wasn't in there very long, matbe 10-15 minutes. I didn't see much that caught my eye. As I was leaving the same young women was still outside. I was standing in her vicinity as I had to fish out my car keys and check my phone and such. As I was doing this she said "I like your boots!" I turned to her and thanked her. I thought about saying the same to her. But I really wasn't much a fan of her booties. And I didn't wan't to lie...lol I really would have liked to keep the conversation going though. I couldn't think of much to say. She got up to go back inside and I was on my merry way. It was still nice to get a compliment. They don't happen much for me. After a few more errands and window shopping I went to a grocery store. I needed a few things. This was my last stop because I was getting thing I needed to get home and put in the fridge and such. Again I wasn't in there long. I new what I needed and where it was in the store. Time to pay. When I have just a few things I prefer to use the self checkouts. I was almost done and the girl monitoring the area came to collect my coupons. I handed them to her and she said "I like your boots!" Wow! Twice in one day! A personal best for me. I thanked her, finished paying, and was on my merry way again. Needeless to say I headed home flying. And that's about it. Things really seemed to come in two's for me this week. 2 outings, and 2 compliments on my 2nd outing of the week. Thanks for listening. Now for the outfit and pics. outfit of the day 1) red t-shirt 2) black ladies cropped leather jacket 3) black camera/handbag 4) black skinny jeans 5) brown Dollhouse "Kalista" booties And here is 2 pics with and without the bag. Enjoy!

I realized I hadn't posted my travels in a while. So here goes! The weather is getting a little cooler here. Fall is defintely in the air! That means I get to start wearing my boots again. Yes! Dont get me wrong I like stilletos and such too! I just have a higher comfort level at this point in my boots. Plus I find it easier to put together outfits with them. Normally when I go out alone on my travels I wear heels. But it is usually under my pants. But I had a pair of booties I hadn't "broken in" yet. And I really wanted to give them an outing. They deserve to be seen! Plus I really wanted to give skinny jeans a go! I had a few errands to run. Plus I just wanted to do some window shopping and be seen in my outfit! As far as the day went. It went off without a hitch. No "reactions" what so ever! But then again I wasn't really looking out for them. So who knows! I just carried on like I always do without a care in the world. I headed to one thrift store here that I frequent. I managed to snag a perfect fitting pair of ladies black skinny jeans for ony $8! I can't wait to give them a future outing! Well that's about it! Comments and suggestions welcome as always. Here is a breakdown of the outfit. 1) green t-shirt 2) ladies shorter length black leather jacket 3) black camera/hand bag 4) guess dark blue skinny jeans 5) Dollhouse "Kalista" brown faux fur lined ankle booties Now for the pics. The first 2 pics show the outfit with and without the handbag. And the 3rd one is a stock photo of the boots themselves. Enjoy!

Well, I thought I would update everone here. I am officially moved into my new bachelor pad! And I must say that I am enjoying the single life! As for my heels. I was able to move them in with no problems at all. They went completely undetected. I moved them in on my own time, away from family and such. They are currently being stored in cardboard boxes. Most of wich fit under my bed. So as for now I am "safe'...lol. I fully expect my heel wearing to increase 10 fold as well. There will be a lot more heel wearing for this guy! And thanks again for all the advice and suggestions everyone!

Looking good heelguy! You look good in the black dress! And it is even better with the white jacket in my honest opinion!
-
Nice outing! Sounds like you had a lot of fun. I like the shoes too! those look very similar to a pair I own.
-
Nice outing bluejay! Sounds like a nice outfit. A pic would have been nice. I have been looking for ideas for a white pair of pants I have. I just can't seem to fet them to work for me.
-
Just checked it out briefly. Looks good though! Nice find!
-
I like some others, don't attend church. So my answer would be no.
-
Meh! Those shoes don't do anything for me, but hey, to each their own.
My thoughts exactly!

Nice casual look Jeff! I have not done a casino in heels yet myself. Or a skirt for that matter....lol. It is definitely on my to do list though. The heels I mean...lol. I would love to do Las Vegas in heels. It is definitely on my "high heel bucket list".

The women in the Di Marnis looks good. But the shoes are just a little too pointy for my tastes.

I bought new ankle boots at mall today
real leather, heel height is 3". Brand is Dinsko... again. Left the shoe shop with new boots on and continued shopping.
I'm not suprised you didn't get any reactions. That is a very "neutral" boot. if there is such a thing.

YUM! I loves meat lover's to death!
there is some irony in there somewhere...lol
-
Glad to hear that, my friend! Great minds think alike!
Thanks! If you are ever up here in Canada stop in at a Future Shop. It the Canadian equivalent of Best Buy. I don't make it to Best Buy very often unless I am travelling in the U.S. Which is maybe once a year or so. But up here Future Shop fills my quota of "nerdy gadgetness"...lol

Great job Heel-Lover! As other have said, I have no problem with your outfit choices. As long as you are comfortable wearing them out in public, and have the courage to do so, that is all that matters!

I would also kinda put myself in the complete package category Jeff. Usually heels and pants are about the only article of "womens" clothing that I wear. But I always try to coordinate an entire outfit complete with accessories(bag, jewellery, etc) when I go out. Rather than just "throw on" some heels with whatever I'm wearing. I think it is the complete package we present that determines weather or not we are going to get reactions, either positive or negative, when we are out and about.
-
Nice read again Jeff! Arby's and Best Buy! I think we are going to get along just fine....lol
-
I never been much for booties. But I don't mind those.
-
I want to know more about the shoes....lol I am not usually a platform fan, even though I own a few hidden platform pairs myself. Those are sharp!
-
Nice outfits and nice read as always Jeff! I much prefer your short skirt outfits. But that would just be my way of dress, personally. But keep on keepin on, and helping the "cause".
-
Not sure if this is the right sopt for this but here goes. I stumbled upon this article. It is not about heels. It is about boys who like to dress "outside the norm" and their understanding parents. Great read though! And alot of the info applies to us heel wearers.

The fact that you said it has those kind of shows on Saturday, I think you will have no problem with anything you wear. Regardless of what you wear there will probably many outfits way more outrageous than you. Just go out and have fun with it!
Do you drive when wearing heels

I don't specifically wear heels just to drive in them. But if my outfit includes heels and I'm going out, I will drive in them. Took a bit of getting use to at first. But once adjusted, everything is fine!
