Alex Posted April 17, 2003 Posted April 17, 2003 That's another reason to write your own version. It'll run on any OS you want I wish I was a size 10
squirrelheels Posted April 17, 2003 Posted April 17, 2003 There may be one for linux, after all they make stupid things like fortune cookie programs. Oh, and anyone ever heard of figlet? I'll look for an RPM... It could probably be done in perl, come to think of it. SH Hi! I'm a signature virus! Copy me into your sig and help me spread!
Laurieheels Posted April 18, 2003 Posted April 18, 2003 It 57i11 r3m4in5 70 b3 45k3d, wh3r3 did 7h053 0f y0u wh0 5p33k 1337 pick i7 up? (I learned mine from reading a web comic)
Alex Posted April 18, 2003 Posted April 18, 2003 mega tokyo. I've got shirts from there too. l337 I wish I was a size 10
Laurieheels Posted April 18, 2003 Posted April 18, 2003 that's the one I don't think I'll be picking up any T-shirts, and heck, I can't even figure out why I read it. But I do.
squirrelheels Posted April 18, 2003 Posted April 18, 2003 I picked it up from friends using it, and other lamerized text, like this: †Œ¤'T tHŒ$ $tšff m†Ñ?! Which you can delamerize here The same text, in a slightly more readable format would be: @1/\/'t th1s s|-|_|ff m@|)?! or ÃíÑ't Ðí$ §túf MÃd?!@#$% Ok... so I'm demonstating my ability to use a webpage! Ah well... SH Hi! I'm a signature virus! Copy me into your sig and help me spread!
squirrelheels Posted April 18, 2003 Posted April 18, 2003 Bringing the thread back on topic... this is my 750th post, which means I'm up another half inch! Yay! SH Hi! I'm a signature virus! Copy me into your sig and help me spread!

Alex Posted April 18, 2003 Posted April 18, 2003 It's not like you'll wear 'em I wish I was a size 10
squirrelheels Posted April 19, 2003 Posted April 19, 2003 I probably couldn't handle true 6 inch heels without a fair bit of practice! Doesn't mean I wouldn't wear em tho! SH Hi! I'm a signature virus! Copy me into your sig and help me spread!
Laurieheels Posted April 19, 2003 Posted April 19, 2003 And not just would you wear them outside, but what would you wear with them?
squirrelheels Posted April 19, 2003 Posted April 19, 2003 Ok, so I wouldn't wear them outside! If I did wear them, I'd probably wear them with jeans! (Don't really have much else!) I'm half way to my own rank now SH Hi! I'm a signature virus! Copy me into your sig and help me spread!

Yamyam Posted April 19, 2003 Posted April 19, 2003 I go weak at the ankles just looking at 6" shoes. Francis showed me the pair he wears in his 'Red Shoe Diaries' and I nearly fell over So I'll carry on working my way up to them Obsessed is such a strong word. I prefer to think of myself as "differently enthusiastic"
Yamyam Posted April 20, 2003 Posted April 20, 2003 OK, it's a celebrate my achievement post here! This is post 1,000 for me! Woo-hoo! I've managed 2.23 posts per day, and 4.01% of the total, and now I'm up there in Debbie's 6" Oxfords! At the risk of sounding like an Oscar speech, I'd like to thank everyone for being there and being interesting to talk with. Yippee! (I would jump up and down, but I'd probably fall over!) Obsessed is such a strong word. I prefer to think of myself as "differently enthusiastic"
Alex Posted April 20, 2003 Posted April 20, 2003 wear them with pride and a nice pair of stockings I wish I was a size 10
jo Posted April 20, 2003 Posted April 20, 2003 Congrats. And at two posts per day it probably seemed forever.
Alex Posted April 21, 2003 Posted April 21, 2003 And not just would you wear them outside, but what would you wear with them? My friend asked me that exact same thing today, only it was about my 4" heels. I guess gals really are into accessories I wish I was a size 10
Laurieheels Posted April 21, 2003 Posted April 21, 2003 It's not just about the heels, it's about the total image. What you wear as an entire outfit says a lot. Adding heels to something that they don't blend with makes them stand out, and thus, draws more attention to them than you may desire. Developing an overall fashion sense is always a good thing.
Alex Posted April 22, 2003 Posted April 22, 2003 I think my sixth sense is more developed than my fashion sense I wish I was a size 10
Yamyam Posted April 22, 2003 Posted April 22, 2003 I think my sixth sense is more developed than my fashion sense I knew you were going to say that And one of the main things for me about my usual jeans and boots combo is that it's quite generic so it doesn't attract too much attention. But I agree - heels and an outfit that they don't suit looks rather odd. Obsessed is such a strong word. I prefer to think of myself as "differently enthusiastic"
Francis Posted April 23, 2003 Posted April 23, 2003 Congrats on reaching this lofty position it was starting to get a bit lonely on the 6" Now, let's see you manage real 6"s
Yamyam Posted April 23, 2003 Posted April 23, 2003 Ah, a challenge, eh. Just watch this: (Thud! Ouch!) Maybe I'll pop round one night and practice some more Obsessed is such a strong word. I prefer to think of myself as "differently enthusiastic"
Alex Posted April 23, 2003 Posted April 23, 2003 didn't see that coming. My sixth sense must be broken I wish I was a size 10
Francis Posted April 24, 2003 Posted April 24, 2003 Maybe I'll pop round one night and practice some more welcome anytime
Man-in-Boots Posted April 24, 2003 Posted April 24, 2003 Hurrraaayyy!!! after 25 posts, i got rid of comfort loafer!!! flats sucks.. now i get the 2 inch heel cowboy boots which makes me feel better!
Francis Posted April 25, 2003 Posted April 25, 2003 Good job! It won't be long until you progress to the next level
