Heelster Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052970204394804577010282509099446.html Kinda neat looking although a bit much on the bling, and a whole hell of a lot out of my price range. $1645 dollars is about what I'm looking to spend on a winter work car.
docs41 Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 My first car didn't cost that much! If the shoe fits-buy it!!!!!!
Jabble Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 Those are nice looking. I have bought a number of cars that cost less than that. Thanks for posting.
Dr. Shoe Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 I don't think I've ever bought a car worth more than that! I don't like them either. Graduate footwear designer able to advise and assist on modification and shoe making projects.
Guest Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 Black creates a heavy look, pinks or creams may enhance the look and lighten the effect. However the curvature of heel is very interesting that I like otherwise I think no thanks even at a 10th of the price. Al
Waisted_Giraffe Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 Beautiful, beautiful shape but shame about the bling! R
yozz Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 I think they look very fancy. On the right person, with the right outfit I would love to watch them. Yet, I would never buy them, even if I were to win a few million in the lottery. They are not my style. I would never feel at ease in them. Y. Raise your voice. Put on some heels.
ChipsHH Posted November 8, 2011 Posted November 8, 2011 D'aww, no one has the money, so it's all 'dislikes' Personally, they're alright. Had a strongly similar pair back-in-my-day and wish I could have worn them down further. Alas, with previous ownership, the heel was bending inward at the curve. But I can almost bet what I had was wayyyyyy lower than that piece of "bling". As said, the right dress and accessories would enhance not only the shoes, but the overall look as well~ Formally "HHDude"
benno Posted November 8, 2011 Posted November 8, 2011 I much prefer the simpler McQueen incarnations based on the same sole. The crystal Christmas Tree crystal look like a design student went for it in the Haberdashery shop.
