Excellent Honestly, good for you, I hope your friends continue to be this supportive. I have yet to tell any of my closest friends, I just dont have the nerve and some of them I also work with too. So I am not sure I ever will tell them, unless one of them sees me in public someday. Pretty much only my wife and a few newer acquantances we have met since I started doing this know about it.

Anyway, I like the style of the yellow shoes, but don't really like the color yellow too much. I agree with Shrimper though, what we think doesn't matter, does it?

Hmm, had never seen the Zappos video commercials before now. Found quite a few on youtube, not sure which one's have "April" in them, I was not able to find specific names applied to the people in the videos I viewed.

I have sort of stayed away from this thread, because on a forum such as ours, dominated by heel wearing males, it would be impossible to get real world results and the poll is therefore completely inaccurate. So there is little point to it.

I think this type of poll and thread has come up before and I know it is the result that many of the males here are seeking acceptance from society and are hoping to find females that would like to see males in heels. But I am realistic, I know that if this was a real world poll it would be something more like:

Yes, Women like Men in heels! 1% (probably less to be honest)

They don't like it but accept that her partner/friend wears them. 4%

Indifferent/don't care. 10%

No, women don't like Men in heels! 85%

At any rate, I don't let the above bother me. I do what I want and am very greatful that my wife accepts me as I am, but know that she probably doesn't honestly "like to see me in heels". I live my life knowing that most others around me probably don't understand why I am doing this and don't know how to compute to seeing a man in heels, and therefore some react negatively to it. Well, I don't think that will change any time soon, and so what if doesn't... just live life the way that makes you happy, its all you can do to be honest.

Yikes, at that price they better be made of titanium or carbon fiber. But, anyway I am sure they are more stable than they appear. I'm not that fond of the appearance though, looks too 'gimmicky' to me, too much going on with three different surfaces and double platform. On a nitpicky marketing/photography note, a new pair of shoes that is used for pictures and at that price, should look damn near perfect in the photo, those have all sorts of debris on the suede material, and the suede looks rubbed on one side of the shoe as well.
