Congratulations Daz, did it mean more money for buying heels with too, or just a status promotion?

I voted subdued as there wasn't a category for very subdued. The only heels I wear outside regularly would pass easily as mens shoes but even then I wear longer jeans. I would like to go higher but have to wait for mrs shyguys say so. I'm eyeing up some winter boots and cajoling mrs S along at the moment to let me try them with long jeans.

You're doing great Scotty, don't give up now. The shoes are a good idea too, and perfect for work and walking from the sound of it. Myself I have been ill, and not eating as much as well as on antibiotics which mean I exhaust more too I have also bought an exercise machine for me and my wife to use and we started on it yesterday. Overall my tummy is shrinking in size, and weighing will start soon too. Once again well done Scotty and thanks for the updates whic are helping keep me motivated too.
