ilikekicks Posted November 15, 2011 Posted November 15, 2011 Some will say its difficult to drive in heels.. Some will say its difficult to walk on cobblestones.. I adapted and was able to play this past halloween in a decent heel, but this is just mind altering. Even if you dont admire the music or even hate it.. check out some of her videos.. How she plays wearing heels is.. I dunno.. REPEATEDLY ARGUMENTATIVE, INSULTING AND RUDE. BANNED FOR LIFE.
Glosha Posted November 15, 2011 Posted November 15, 2011 I enjoy driving in heels. First times it was difficult as my calf were not used to angle, but after a few trips for 20-30 minutes I found comfortable position and now I can enjoy the drive to anywhere.
Shafted Posted November 15, 2011 Posted November 15, 2011 My attempt at playing drums in heels was a disaster. My feet kept slipping off the pedals. Shafted, the boots that is! jay jay Posted November 15, 2011 Posted November 15, 2011 I do not find it difficult to drive in heels. I do it when ever I get the chance. I have been driving in 5" a lot and find it very comfortable.
eoneleg Posted November 15, 2011 Posted November 15, 2011 Very good! Thanks for posting. It might be a matter of doing what we put our minds to. I drive every day in a four or five inch stiletto with no problems at all. As a lifelong heel lover, I admire her. E
Guest Posted November 15, 2011 Posted November 15, 2011 Quite an accomplished lady in both senses I'm impressed musically, not so much that she wearing heels, I think due to so few female drummers (known) we don't think about it? More likely as with many it's what you are used to that sets the norm. Al

She is quite the drummer and as smoothly as she drums in high heels, my guess is that she's been doing it for some time. It's a good video.
Charlie Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 She's got a heeled style that's hard to beat. lol Charlie Everything I say is a lie!.......I'm lying
wood&metal Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 Needs more cowbell... Mind over matter... I wonder if anyone ever told her that she's not "supposed" to play drums that well in heels... Never frown because you never know who is falling in love with your smile.
pussyinboots Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 I drive in high heels almost 90% of the times I use my car. "Good Girls keep diaries....Bad Girls just don't have the time...!:icon_twisted:"
Heelster Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 My attempt at playing drums in heels was a disaster. My feet kept slipping off the pedals. Watched a young lady at the local high school play set in about 4" heels with no problem at all. Double bass pedal and high hat. She's pretty damned good at it too.
Jabble Posted November 17, 2011 Posted November 17, 2011 She is very pretty and very skilled. Thanks for posting.
hhboots Posted November 17, 2011 Posted November 17, 2011 Very nice find ilikekicks on the awesome drummer gal, and her doing that in those heels is just so darn hot.
Majo Posted November 18, 2011 Posted November 18, 2011 I don't see too much problem in driving with heels. I'm not quite comfortable doing so with platforms, though.
