I thought these look like a very classy dress boot to wear with her knee length skirts. She may be able to wear over skinny jeans as long as it doesn't stretch the nappa leather out. Regarding wearing tights, she has never worn them and prefers always wearing thigh high hose either nude color or black myst (lighter black) silks. I think they are OTK boots. Wearing them with jeans will give an amazing look. Nice sturdy looking heel and very understated, subtle style. They should be very easy to wear with many outfits. Hope she likes and enjoys them - as much as you! Personally I feel OTK is a littte edgy rather than classy, so for me its either a classy knee boot OR a OTK with more edgy styling in the heel and toe area.
