ChipsHH Posted January 14, 2011 Posted January 14, 2011 Well, first, don't know if this is the place to post this; and second, don't know if I can post more than one link for the thread, cause I do want an opinion for the following sites, so here goes: http://www.myhotheels.com/ http://www.myshoeaddiction.com/ http://www.cutesygirl.com/ http://waymoreforless.com/ https://secure.odgirl.com/ I'm looking to getting the ADORE-2020 brand Pleaser boots, but the clear ones that lets you see the inner workings (I can work them, go away) lol. These are the sites I found with the best price I can afford (and am willing to pay for them), and was just curious on these sites. Experiences with these random sites I pulled up at all? I hope for a variety of responses... and hope to not get in trouble for posting :/ Formally "HHDude"
HappyinHeels Posted January 15, 2011 Posted January 15, 2011 HHDUDE, Opened a new tab and looked at each of these sites; MYHOTHEELS.COM-Looks interesting until you click on a shoe style and there is no size selector, no drop-down box, nothing. Don't bother with it. MYSHOEADDICTION.COM- Typical crop of stripper heels but at good prices.Appears to be GLBT-friendly. CUTESYGIRL.COM-Decent array of clothing and shoes but the shoes only go to size 10. Don't appear ready to get the GLBT seal of approval seems geared only to really young girls and nobody else. WAYMOREFORLESS.COM-Looks promising except that only 42 images for shoes come up which is quite limited. Looks very GLBT-accepting. HTTPS://SECURE.ODGIRL.COM-Very promising website and completely GLBT-friendly with a M-W size conversion chart for shoes. I am curious about the https prefix with a retail site. Bit it does work and looks well laid-out. Hope this helps you!! HappyinHeels

BobHH Posted January 15, 2011 Posted January 15, 2011 MyHotHeels has drop down boxes for size, prices seem quite good. Have not heard of any of these before, though. https merely means a secure site, no eavesdropping.
pussyinboots Posted January 15, 2011 Posted January 15, 2011 HTTPS does seem strange right of the bat, but seems OK So what does 'GLBT' stand for?? I'm fairly sure that he means L.G.B.T.....lesbian, gay, bi-sexual, transexual...... "Good Girls keep diaries....Bad Girls just don't have the time...!:icon_twisted:"
Heelster Posted January 15, 2011 Posted January 15, 2011 I'm fairly sure that he means L.G.B.T.....lesbian, gay, bi-sexual, transexual...... Dohhhhh! Brain fart - - ! I should have known that.
ChipsHH Posted January 15, 2011 Author Posted January 15, 2011 Looks like a good overview of the sites, HappyinHeels. Appreciate it Now, has anyone ever experienced ordering from these sites? I do know that they're sites that I searched up randomly, so anyone's experience with them is greatly needed, I actually had another site that I forgot to mention. I was a step away from ordering, but risked being scamed or anything like that. http://www.hotstrippershoes.com/# It seems kind of basic, as far as I've seen. And I don't see the usual Seals of Approval on the main page. Also, I believe I was about to purchase the boots via PayPal, and I clicked 'Buy'.... It took me straight to the PayPal page, no conformation or asking about Ground Shipping or anything (that was left up to PayPal to decide). But it did also leave PayPal the choice to review the order and either checkout or use PayPal as payment. Just throwing that out there. Formally "HHDude"

I'm fairly sure that he means L.G.B.T.....lesbian, gay, bi-sexual, transexual...... The "T" stands for Transgender so that it includes us transvestites too. Guest Posted January 16, 2011 Posted January 16, 2011 Www.pierresilber.com is a reliable retailer if you're looking for recommendations. They have large sizes, you can view shoes by height of heel, shoe size or shoe type. Lots to choose from. They also have a retail shop if you're visiting the San Francisco bay area.

I have 2 pair from pierresilber, and they are very nice. Seem true to size and some what well made. They do have a lot to chose from and some nice high heels. Any way good luck. Have a great day.
Rockpup Posted January 16, 2011 Posted January 16, 2011 Happyinheels+Heelster: I'm glad to see sites that are pushing for https connections for the entire transaction, it's getting way too easy for people to 'sniff' your connection and see everything you are doing. By encrypting the entire session it keeps you very secure. (formerly known as "JimC")
