  1. As a former regular visitor to the site i have stumbled onto this very interesting section for a change! I think my sentimets are the similar to chris100575 and Thighboots2, but i doubt Amanda is sooo thick skinned!i am sure she has feelings to! lol As thighboots commented 'The whole outfit is something to be considered too' ,and maybe be a sideways move is needed in this respect. I have been a member for a while now and have moved on in respect of what i now find of interest here, as i am much more confident in myself, partly due to this site and the realisation that time is short and i need to express myself! As a note i to am not interested in 'pervy' sections for want of a better description and i would imagine a lot of women would feel the same, and i would not introduce my so either as she wouldnt like these sections. might pop back again soon but the days are lengthening and the great out doors beckons! oh and Amanda apologies for for answering your original question! as such.

  2. Did anyone see last weeks gadget show (uk) with suzi perry presenting ..she had some amazing blue suede high heels on with matching tights and a yellow mini dress...want those shoes! they were cool, but even better suzi is gorgeous! and tech savvy ..what more could a guy want!

will try and hunt down a pic unless one of you genius' beats me to it...cheers bladerunner

  3. Hi meme9 yep its a crazy world o.k.! and nope your not alone! but your not crazy though,i do feel guilty on occasion but only because i'm a bit of a spend thrift! As i have gotten older i have come to realise that you only live once and a little of what you fancy wont hurt,as one member has said to me,not everybody needs to know your buisness. It maybe an idea to chat to your wife but only you will know if this is possible. You will have to make some sort of choice though,i have and its not all plain sailing, but thats life. One good thing is that you have found this site and can let off some steam a bit, just having somehere to chat is a big help.

  4. well i'm going to add my apologies for not getting to the heel meet,as i came down with the flu, everything was fine til thursday, was even lining up a last minute chance for the meal, but have spent all week end in bed. Even more frustrating the fact it vwas only a 10min drive for me ,and i wanted to meet up with you guys again, but was'nt to be. Everyone is sorting next years heel meet, how about an autumn one? in bristol as has been mentioned? just a thought. Apologies again, with hindsight wish the date hadnt been changed! bladerunner

  5. This morning i decided to have a heeling day, nothing extravagant just some 4'' black suede wedge heel boots with a platform.I have worn these before many times but with black jeans, today i had blue jeans and nearly all my clients noticed! but nothing said until a regular 'ish' clients wife noted that i had gotten taller! the thing was that all day i didnt get stressed, flustered or bothered as i would have done a few years back.Anyway she persued my tall being taller and said i must have my flamenco dancing heels on! i was very tempted to show her but told her i liked wearing MY platforms now and again! In all 12hrs with very few aches at the end of the day and i was on my feet nearly the whole time with the odd spot of driving.Think all my training is starting to pay off!

  6. Not sure about everyone else but i LOVE this cold weather in London for a change!,come back snow! Last monday i measured 12" of snow on my car in south London,so many people could'nt get to work it was like civilisation had taken a step backwards for the day, people were actually talking to each other and havig fun! i wish it could happen more often that the seasons were just as they were,i hate the mild winters!!! just a note ,could all the people that winge about not being able to get around get off their butts and shift some snow instead of crying that nobody has gritted their road...common sense has really gone out the window...have been to clients this week who couldnt even be botheredto clear their steps but moaned like crap how dangerous it was!!! elbow grease is all it takes!! i'll calm down now...

  7. The events are as follows: FRIDAY took last friday afternoon off and decided to heel and shop in oxford st. Never heeled up their before so parked up in grosvenor sq and went shopping! in my 3'' heel brown suede cowboy style heels, noisy but cool! called into viv westwood in conduit st and bought some black patent mary jane elevated platforms in the sale, didnt try on as the shop was mega busy with nowhere to sit but had the same style already in a diff. colour, then onto westwood in davies st,sadly didnt have what i wanted but the staff were great! when they didnt have my size the girl ,sorry woman! got me to go to the lowerfloor to see if she could find something similar and was very encouraging on trying on several styles including the super high heels viv does, not really me but did get an unusually comfortable pair of standard 4'' heeels in purple patent. Took a walk up to libertys new shoe dept. but nothing i liked in my size, but very friendly staff and really laid back surroundings,a bit like multiple lounge areas, with the shoes on display. Off then to aldo and found some black suede wedge heeled boots with a back zip reduced from £120.00 to £68.00,asked for the boots in my size and the girl serving wasnt bothered with me tryng them on,left me to it! In all 4hrs strolling around and boy did i feel it later! SATURDAY NO HEELING AT ALL ;-) SUNDAY a 2hr trip to the kings road this time in my 4'' heel topshop rear zipped leather boots (first time out in these !) strolled around a few of the independent shoe stores and eventually found a pair of michael kors over knee white leather wedge heeled boots with an inner fur lining i liked, the two women assistants seemed a bit off ish at first but once i asked for the boots she handed them to me and asked if there were any others i'd like to try on,which i did but decided after walking around the shop in the boots that they were for me! while there a couple came in glanced over but no comments, also got chatting to the asistant who was curious about my hobby, and said i was very welcome to return and that the new stock would be arriving soon and to come and check it out! cool! first time for white/cream footwear for me ever! found it funny walking amongst other people not caring a dam if they saw my heels or not! very liberating. MONDAY AND TUESDAY a few hours with my new purchases at home, but work always interferes with my hobbies/interests! WEDNESDAY another work day but during lunch called queston air (a designer store) to enquire on my size in yet another pair of westwoods which they had in stock so asked them to reserve them for me. Arrived an hour later to collect them and as i was in a hurry to get back to work WAS going to pay and leave until both of the girls asked at the same time if i wanted to try them on! well i couldnt refuse so i accepted their offer! had a really good 15mins chatting with them while heeled and they were impressed i had no problems at all, good fun, anyway arrived 15mins late for my client but no harm done! THURSDAY work ,football and as a warm down,WENT HEELING FOR AN HOUR in my 4'' heel gucci black suede boots with sheepskin lining So this week has not been to bad at all, although my bank balance needs more funds...anyone with the winning numbers for saturday!!!!

  8. Tech 'lol, r u nuts?' great start! My view..safety first always..could you live guilt free knowing 100% your 'heels ' werent the issue...doubt it. Yes i have and do drive in some heels as i dont need to think about them when walking around, the same when driving, but some of my heels,no way,too tall and reaction times go out the window in an emergency.

  9. Thanks for all your replies so far... To answer some questions my wife has never accepted my 'hobby' but due to other circumstances in the last few years has started to come round to the idea,as after all it wont kill any one! My daughter is 20 and son 17,both are quite down to earth and open especially my daughter ,who is really into piercings and has tattoo's of her own designs. My plan will be to discuss again with my wife if she feels ready for me to tell them, the reason i never have is because the first time i mentioned it to her she was horrified! I did want to tell them when they were very young but respected my wifes wishes. It is also true that what i want to do is for selfish reasons ie i would love after working all day to get my heels on stroll round the house without causing any upset,i am not wanting any more than that. One other point that really irritates my wife is how much i have spent over the years on my hobby, and yes my collection is rather large! On the plus side i dont smoke, drink little and we are realatively debt free, holiday every year so personally (again selfishishly) i dont regard it as a issue but can see her point of view. Point comes to actually telling them, did consider the lets have a family chat scenario, but as has been mentioned it has over tones of a problem.... if i tell them individually i was thinking along the lines of bringing in some heels ie fairly plain wedge boots and saying 'i've got something to show you of mine and as you know i wear womens jeans jumpers etc i also wear these would it bother you if i wear them while i'm home but not when your pals are around' sort of thing.... sounds pretty rubbish reading it back to myself! again thanks for the input so far.. oh and tech i can spell...had not long returned from a few beers last night hence the TECHnical blip!..... lol

  10. Want everyones any anyones advice..think we've been here before. Scenario: wife and two great kids My wife knows of my issues if you call it that! but my two children! 17 and 20 don't! now to be honest they may have a tiny inkling that their dad may not worrry too much on dress code i.e womens jumpers ,sleepwear etc Is it to late to talk to them and let them know about my heeling/freestyling/cross dressing! have any of you dealt with this before? your advice would be much appreciated... i have reached a point in my life where the frustration of being secretive is driving me mad..i have deliberately left out two pairs of heels in my room just too see if i get a query on where they have come from! but as yet nothing!! Feel like tossing a coin!!! just ohh i dont know...ARRRRRGGHHHH!!!!! WILL I WONT I WILL IWONT I!!!!!
