Have seen a few guys in heels and have always wanted to have a chat.One guy was at the chelsea flower show about 5 years ago with attractive lady,both in heels and looking good! About a month ago in bristol main shopping area,saw a guy in knee high wedge boots walk right by me,but on both occasions my wife was with me,so i couldnt sort of say to her that i was just going to pop over for a chat to a stranger about heels!! lol

The real question here is where did she get the shoes from!They do look cool,as does her outfit.

Aww come on tech,where's your sense of adventure! high heels and crap weather make perfect sense, if your into destroying your fav heels. Yep I will have to agree that there is a 'time and place'.Also the fact that I wouldn't want to sustain an injury that might stop me heeling in more a pleasant climate.Oh and my general preference for heeling BOOTS,especially my new rocket dogs bought today!

Result there Benno,and I thought I had a result today! Got 6'' strappy sandles by solea in grey with the mega chunky sole, were down to 59.00 then at the till reduced again to 39.00,I was happy as they had originally been about 200.00 from memory.Great fun trying them on in the kg section at topshop,the girls were impressed I could walk so well in them,they were very nice,best shopping trip in the sales so far!

Yep,another clog fan here as well! My absolute favs are a pair of miu miu 5'' wooden heel brown suede and lined in sheepskin,they are my 'everyday' home shoes.On the look out all the time,just got 2 pairs of clog style boots as well.Must try get some time for a few pics. oh also got a similar pair to the miu miu but lower at 4''.

NO NO NO AND NO AGAIN! had to think about that for a while....still thinking...ahhhhh NO! If its something enjoyable why deny yourself some fun,you only live once!!!

I did something similar last year to see how we have all changed in the year. Me. Well things were not looking good earlier in the year,events unfolded that I won't go in to detail,but myself and my wife came through them and now things are improving in ways I couldn't have guessed. I now have a wife who seems to understand where I am coming from and that im not mad,bad or crazy...spendthrift yes! but nice with it!! Anyway,I now feel I can talk to her openly..most days! and not have to lead ,in effect, a double life.Things aren't perfect but its a huge burden off my shoulders just being able to talk,oh and go shopping! but not shoes yet as she thinks I have too many and need to sort them out,which is true..so a mega clear out is due which she wants to help with.So there it is for 2009,lets see what 2010 brings,god that sounds odd 2010 thought we would be all in flying cars by now lol !!! well bristol is certainly laid back alright although I wasn't heeling myself at the time,my wife is just about adjusting to a new set of circumstances,but given time who knows....and no it wasn't heelfan for sure!

Had a weekend break (again!) in bristol last weekend and saw a young guy on monday very stylishly dressed including wedge knee high boots in the main shopping area,no one paid him any attention at all.....any member from here by chance?

I had a pair made for me in black suede by natacha,with the same style/height as in the first pic. They fit like a glove and are not that difficult to master She is very nice and good fun,i'd recommend her.

Dam,you were only 10mins on the tube from me,must become a regular again!

well i'm sorry but i have to agree with the union on this one....all those poor gals in heels tut tutt.............does'nt say ANYTHING about men in heels though so obviously we are immune to any psyological problems that may be caused and so the union is being sexist and discriminatory! LOL! oh if only i had time to talk crap........too busy earning a living and heel huntin!

I have a pair of ugg broome and another similar style,cant think of the name. Any how they are great and much more stylish than the 'slipper' versions!

congrats Magic Heels! still working on the family to be 'allowed' to wear heels with them around! never mind a birthday party. Still could be a good starting point for my next one! i.e. what do you want for your birthday! p.s. did you get any heels for pressies?

crotchboots-m,if they did them in your size,would you be tempted to splash out on at least one pair? Since 'converting'! i find them far superior for fit and the lenght of time i can wear them,which would and could be all day with no discomfort at all.Second hand ,sorry 'designer' agencies!!!! often have them reduced,but a bit pot luck!
