Yep i see where you are coming from now! Always good to see a different perspective. I always hate seeing or bumping into a gang of young guys,at least when heeling...always puts me on the defensive.It seems heels are 'out of the ordinary'to them!

my newbies from asos,they have a 16.5 cm heel with a 4 cm platform so they a very easy to walk in,might have to get another pair! The pic doesnt really do them justice.The suede runs underneath the shoe as well and it is rounded off which is cool!

Just aclog style,they are really comfortable.Have them in brown and fancied a black pair that i never knew they did.They are so easy to walk in.

Their dancing is nuts! no way would i even try that stuff !!!!! cool tough

Regarding the jeffrey campbell lita platform boots they do look very 70's so cant really see why anyone would have a problem with them at all! Just one question,would it had made any difference to the people being white? just curious as you mentioned black quite a few times.This isnt being picky just trying to understand where you are coming from.All the black girls i have met have always been great regarding my shoes,strangely eastern european girls seem to be the most 'off ish'!!!! strange old world!

Does anyone ie 'are' american friends! know of a 'middleman' company that can order and redirect shoes from zappos to the uk,apparently they dont ship internationally. Any ideas? and no before anyone asks i dont have any friends there sadly!

roniheels these boots are very cool but this is about as high as i can go for a heel! have been wearing them for about 15mins a day to get used to walking in them ,so far i am struggling! i doubt they will find a new home just yet though!

People who work for companys and moan about sick pay rates! and abuse it with days off 'ill'. Try being self employed and see how much sick pay you get then!!!! no work no pay!...............arrggghhhhh

If these are'nt the real deal i am surprised as i have several other pairs,the sole imprint all the same.These have been worn and it isnt a great pic and being suede they need a clean.I have had people try and pass fakes off for sale to me but the quailty was terrible.These doc shoe are not in that league! if they are fake they are the best ive come across.

They are a size 41 barney,oh and jo that is NOT a louboutin box! but the heels are real,i was just very lucky to be in the right place at the right time to get them or rather a friend was!

Well in answer to our discrepancies the soles are red,the pic really doesn't do them any favours as the colour is a bit pale compared to the real thing. They have a double platform although only one shows. The boots also have not kept there shape in the pic either. Might try some pics with a better angle and pad them out slightly to show the true shape,but they are really cool to wear and it will take me some more time to get used to the height! They are used but have only been worn indoors so there is iittle damage to the sole. Brands don't worry me too much I just like the design and colour,plus they are suede!

dont know about night clubbing but a meet up in the day time may be possible for me,just depends when,weekends not so great!

New babies bought from topshop office concession in oxford st. tonight. while i was there i ended up chatting to the woman next to me who was trying on the same style (the plain black ankle boots) who said we must both have great taste in shoes! i was having trouble getting them off as they are a velvet material and she showed me her way which worked a treat! ended up chatting away for about 20mins while trying them both out. she ended up getting the leopard print version in the same style. she was totally cool with the idea and was complaining that there were too many shoes to choose from in the sale. __________________ I just love those suede heels!!!!!

i know! but the flu has been bugging me so they stayed up!

It feels like a part of me is missing when i'm not in heels! and like amanda they have practical uses as well! only yesterday my platform clogs meant i didnt need to get a stool to reach up when taking some xmas decs down! lol

Thanks toffee,got to a few of those! Office and riverisland were good,got some hh clogs and wedge ankle boots,so not a bad trip! Hopefully back in jan 2011!
