i just visited this site: femalefirst dot com dot uk and read something extremely amusing on their fashion board: have you ever seen a man or boy wearing high heels and platforms? (or something like that) well i couldn't resist adding my two cents and so there it is posted. i hope that stirs the pot!

i could never see 7.5 inch spike heels as practical.

i look at my high heels as art work for my feet! they look beautiful on and off.

i have a pair of those black shoes you once displayed in your avatar and mine certainly have done a lap or two not only at the mall but on the street. i wore mine with some plain old Guess blue jeans. i have to consider myself very lucky in that womens US size 12 fit my slim foot like they were made to order. my wife and her lady friends all complain that i got the feet they want, which is perfect in 6 inch or 7.5 inch heels. i thank my lucky stars eveytime i put them on! i bought my wife a pair of black 7.5's before halloween, they are size 9. i put my foot over top of them once just to see how much bigger my foot is and there is no way i could ever get my foot into size 9. it brought back a lot of memories for me. i remember when i wore my sisters 4 inch heels back when i was 10 to 14 and how much i loved it. when my foot grew too large, my sister wears size 7, i felt so ripped off! i cursed my big feet and for the next 15 years went flat footed! what a downer! ah well. it worked out in the end because i never was very interested in women's shoe styles through the 80's and early 90's anyway. but they day they introduced those 6 inch heels with the 2 inch plat was like coming out of night and into day for me. let the good times roll!

last evening was another one of those amusing adventures but this time i wasn't the only one sporting ultra high heels. i saw 3 ladies at the event, 2 of them were wearing 6 inch heels, a black pair and a red pair, and the third young lady, dressed as a school girl, wore black 7.5 inch chunky heels! i wore my white 7.5 inch heels from the highest heel and managed to get through the evening without any problems. but i almost fell down the stairs at the venue!!! thankfully no one saw me take that last step! we met up with some friends from the community and what they said amazed me: they knew it was me because no one wears white 7.5 inch heels but me! which, in this town is true. in all of my travels i have never seen anyone, man or woman, wear white high heels that are 6 inches or higher. i've seen the odd pair of black 6 inch heels, last night was the first time i'd seen red 6 inch heels. i think i have the white. ultra high heeled market cornered in this part of the world! a few of the ladies in the crowd commented positively and that was fun. one lady, who i saw at the halloween party last year said the high heels are perfect on me and i should wear them all the time. that really made my evening. it was crazy walking into and out of the hotel because of the snowy sidewalks and parking lots. its just dangerous. which is the blue of living in Canada. winter is on and will continue to be on mid way into April and that is just too long for a high heel guy like myself.

its at the embassy west hotel, carling and woodruffe i believe. the fair is on until 6. the dancing starts at 8.

we're going to the ottawa fetish and fantasy fair dance this evening. so i will let you know how that one goes!

i went out with my wife last night to an event at an art gallery. it advertised a half price cover if you wore fetish attire! well i couldn't resist that! we dressed in black. my wife wore her black leather thigh high boots with a modest 4 inch heel. i wore my white 7.5 inch heels from the highest heel, that i bought from ebay last spring. its winter up here in Canada and times are tough for us ultra high heel wearing guys who like to go out wearing 7.5 inch spike heels. the snow and ice isn't totally cleared from the sidewalks so it could be dangerous! and if you've had a few drinks it just becomes that much more of an adventure. we both made it to the event without any disasters and enjoyed the sold out show. i got the usual stares from all of the young ladies present. some of them approached with positive comments and that was exciting. after the event, instead of going home, we went to another club that was "normal". yet here we were still in our fetish attire! my wife was wearing a long black coat so to folks on the street and in the normal club it looked like she was wearing normal clothes with normal boots. little did folks know she was wearing a black corset with silver chains, a black thong, fish net stockings and thigh high boots!!! i was not hidden! i was wearing my black body suit with a black leather jacket and my white 7.5's were totally exposed for all to see! so in the normal club, wow! did we get noticed. and did i get noticed! it is such a thrill to wear heels that high, down a city street, into a club, infront of all types people, and it be perfectly normal! i was sitting at these clubs with my legs crossed, my right leg over my left, my foot dangling, and my big old 7.5 inch stiletto heel and 3 inch platform blaring white like beacons, attracting incredible amounts of attention, and i was thinking wow! what an awesome experience this is and what a long way i have come! it is awesome! i just wanted to share my fun times with you and hope my outings inspire you folks who are just starting out, to get out with your heels and do the same.

forgot to mention the style: 1035. 8.5 inch heels would be some adventure but i think i'm up for the challenge! i'd would even buy a pair of those fishnets to go with.

i think those 773's in white, if they had them, would be awesome. i would wear those on a hot summer afternoon or evening! one thing is for certain: i am going to order a pair of those 705's in white and i am going to get a lot of wear from those this coming summer! what is the service like at maya in the mail order department? i am use to dealing with Forplay and Pierre Silber.

has anyone purchased a pair of those outrageous 8.5 inch heels that are advertised on the mayashoes site?

i agree with the rest of the lads: you have some great legs, perfect for high heels! i'm more of a 6 inch heel and platform guy myself so i'm wondering if you have heels that high and if you do! take some photos of the same look and share them with us. p.s. how do we post a photo these days?

usually when a woman catches me on the street wearing my 6 inch heels they freak out! they can't believe anyone, much less a guy, could be actually walking the city streets in heels that high. i say usually because sometimes they just stare. other times they nudge whoever they're with and chuckle... fun stuff. but i also think there is a lot of envy too, on the women's part. they see a guy walking along no problems in 6 inch heels most folks would call stripper shoes or hooker shoes and they wish they had the guts to do that. i think JB is right too in that maybe some women just can't wear them. the shoes in my collection call for a slim foot and i've met women with either big feet or wide feet, they look at my heels and say they would wear them if they could find a pair to fit them. i consider myself very lucky to be able to fit into my size 12 "stripper heels" like they were made to order. yes it is amazing.

its a good story. brought back a lot of memories of my first few times out wearing heels. i never went out wearing a hobble skirt but i can relate to the heels. my advice, if you really want to wear the heels and the hobble skirt and not get caught, is to get in the car and take a drive out to some deserted road way out in the boon docks. that way you can really get out and walk on the smooth pavement and get the hang of it. if someone comes along, you'll see their lights and know its time to get back and into your car. its kooky but it worked well for me. one this is for certain though, you have to get back out there and enjoy those heels.

your new pumps are beautiful looking shoes but for me, being able to walk in them, especially outdoors, is something i would absolutely have to do. i think TXT is right in calling the style he mentioned, which is all i wear, "stripper shoes"! my favourite style when advertised on ebay always mentions dancing! different strokes for different folks!

anyone tried pumps that were one size bigger than what you normally wear? the reason i ask is i saw a pair of very sexy white 6 inch heel pumps on ebay this morning. they have the 2 inch platform that i like and ankle straps that wrap up the ankle, over and above the upper. all in all they look very sexy to me and the price is right, under 30 dollars. the problem is the size. i wear women's size 12 and the shoes i saw this morning are size 13. would my feet swim in shoes one size up? anyone have any experience there?

its nice to have friends like that. at the halloween bash one of my lady friends heard the girls in the washroom talking about: the guy in the white high heels, and how he must be gay. the lady friend said: he's married with two kids and his wife is out there waiting for him. was voted for sexiest costume but didn't win.
