I bet Gina can answer that!:santa_hat: But, what ever shoes you decide matches the dress, please post a picture of you wearing the dress and shoes.

I wouldn't wear heels but you can take a leaf out of Michella Marbella's book and have your shoes made out of the same fabric as the dress. She usually has 6" pumps...

What shade of green? For a light shade, the suggested white would work, though I myself am not a fan of white shoes. I would be more likely to agree with pink, but I might also suggest a silver. As for style, I would go with sandals..fairly maked sandals and a great pedicure. If the dress is a dark green, white would definatly not work, in my opinion of course.

I agree that white wouldn't work well with dark green. A pair of suade pumps with nice stiletto heels and almond toes, would be best in black or dark green, in my opinion.

I would suggest maybe a gold open toe sling back or slide/mule with bare legs, since that is a style that you seem to like from other posts anyway. (I really like gold with green..maybe its a money metaphor, I don't know). A nice pair of patent mary janes in black, a style suggest earlier would do nicely, maybe with some off white, beige, or similar tone patterned nylons/stockings. A multicolored pump as JNR suggested would also do nicely. Since you described the dress as "flirty," I wouldn't go too over the top with the shoes. Flirty to me says that you are showing you are sexy but still holding back a little. Maybe a 4 inch heel would be enough (maybe more than enough) to project a flirty image. Just some thoughts. Of course it depends where and for what event you are putting together this outfit as well....
