JL Posted September 21, 2006 Posted September 21, 2006 Please post comments & critques, i want to know if i am doing good. I'm no expert, but.... you have a great 'strut'. Just don't break your ankle (or worse) on that broken heel.... Men's 13W : Women's 15/16
ShockQueen Posted September 21, 2006 Posted September 21, 2006 Yeah....I saw that heel bending WAY forward on the right boot, and hopefully the construction is better than what I'm thinking. You might want to have that boot checked by a local cobbler to have that looked at. Good stride on video 1 though! SQ.....still busting societal molds with a smile...and a 50-ton sledge!
MrStiletto Posted September 21, 2006 Posted September 21, 2006 Working in the high heel industry I almost dropped my coffee cup when I saw that broken right heel. You ask how well you are walking in those boots .... actually very well considering that broken heel. My advice ... get it fixed before you Do break an ankle
thesnowball Posted September 21, 2006 Posted September 21, 2006 Ya,watched the videos, and ouch ..the heel on the right boot...must get fixed...besides that...its all good...
johnieheel Posted September 21, 2006 Posted September 21, 2006 Nice job. Now get the heel fixed and use the sidewalk out side. To me it looks like your trying to use the run way walk putting one foot in front of the other. Try to be more natural like in your return. Like the boots too. real men wear heels
cuarenta18 Posted September 21, 2006 Posted September 21, 2006 shaq91 your walks in heels are good! do you make new video with new heels in future?
shaq91 Posted September 21, 2006 Author Posted September 21, 2006 Thanks fro ur comments, i'm glad u all like my walk. Im only 15 so im working on it. shaq91 Posted September 22, 2006 Author Posted September 22, 2006 I would really appreciate some more comments, and i already got a request for more videos. Which type of heels, would u like me to where, and film for u. I only got one pair of boots, and a amount of shoes with heels 3-4inches. I have nothing bigger than 4 inches, but i'm planning to purcahse them some time soon, i just need to find a place thats not expensive, adn excepts money orders. I'd be glad if u can help with ttaht as well. As for right now, comments is what i need, and what future videos to make. Waiting for ur response!!! banned for not sticking to website rules or guidelines
heelium Posted September 22, 2006 Posted September 22, 2006 Liked the jeans with those boots in part 4 the best, how about some walking outside shots next ? Apart from the worry of a broken ankle, I think you need to get that heel fixed as it would look much nicer if mended, also you would walk with even more confidence. Heelium Every generation laughs at the old fashions, but follows religiously the new.
shaq91 Posted September 22, 2006 Author Posted September 22, 2006 Im sry hellium but i prob wont be ableto make u a vid of me walking outdoors. Unfortunately im only 15 yrs old and im a straight guy. I dont want any humilation and im not ready to walk outside in Stilletos heels for now. I practice at home, and wear them at home. If u want i can make footage of my wearing other shoes in other outfits or the same boots, but in different outfits. Ill try to get some more footage, but plz, tell me exactly wat u would like, but it wil unfortunately only be indoors, until i get a fence in my bkyard, and then i'll try there. For now, post comments and critiques. banned for not sticking to website rules or guidelines
Tech Posted September 22, 2006 Posted September 22, 2006 http://www.yousendit.com/transfer.php?action=download&ufid=64F4710E3A70C582 Watch This!!! Please comment Hi Shaq To be honest mate, those jeans really dont seem to go with those boots. Try some black jeans that are not as wide at the bottom and so skinny round the knees and maybe a bit longer so they dont look like school trousers that were outgrown... The boots are "ok", but I think maybe its the jeans that let them down. sorry mate but you did ask.... NewfieGuyInHeels Posted September 23, 2006 Posted September 23, 2006 There was nothing wrong with the blue jeans, except they were too short. They should at least come a little down past the top of the heel. And a slim leg bootcut would be a good shape. http://s77.photobucket.com/albums/j78/darthraze/

Compilation of all 4 videos Plz, cmnt & critque!!!! I will greatly appreciate it shaq91, I'm not sure you've thought this through. Do you want a load of us going onto youtube and pointing out the obvious, that you're walking around your kitchen in broken heel, that needs either the attention of a cobbler or to be binned? Also, I'm not sure its entirely realistic to put put videos up and ask for comments on only certain aspects of them.
shaq91 Posted September 23, 2006 Author Posted September 23, 2006 Yea, watever suits u, except saying im wearing ugly or short jeans. U can say nice walking, but get those heels fixed. Somethin like that is great. Plz, just do it to me as a favor!!! banned for not sticking to website rules or guidelines
Fog Posted September 23, 2006 Posted September 23, 2006 The penny's just dropped http://www.hhplace.org/hhboard/viewtopic.php?p=116883#116883 Are those boots in the video your mum's which you've broken? If I were your mum I wouldn't be very happy with you! My daughter used to steal my Dr Martens work boots and wear them to school - after I said NO. I really didn't know what there was about NO that she couldn't understand.
shaq91 Posted September 23, 2006 Author Posted September 23, 2006 Yea, but my mom knows, and she said keep them or fix them. I decided to keep them for now, and then in a while ill get them fixed. I didnt get into much trouble though. plz, cmnt on youtube!!!!! Plz!!!!!! banned for not sticking to website rules or guidelines
ShockQueen Posted September 23, 2006 Posted September 23, 2006 My goodness! I've never seen such pleading in my life. dr1819 Posted September 24, 2006 Posted September 24, 2006 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Esrz6_JwePQ Youtube Link to Video 1 The heel looks very poorly made, as if it were intended for a much smaller size and glued to your larger size. This usually results in the heel angling forward, which makes it unsteady, and potentially dangerous. That may account for the bit of wobbling. Consider higher-quality shoes with heels (height, rake, and strength) specifically made for larger sizes and the weights they carry.
shaq91 Posted September 24, 2006 Author Posted September 24, 2006 Actually "DR" these heels cost $260, and were broken once by me. My mom repaired them, and higher heels were put on. Therfore it looks a little weird for u. I think they are very very strong heels, to be able to control me, while the right one is broken, and me not having very good heel experience. Therfore, please dont comment about what ur not sure off. Thnx banned for not sticking to website rules or guidelines
admirer5577 Posted September 24, 2006 Posted September 24, 2006 I have followed this thread for some days now and I can't understand you, shaq91. You ask for comments, you get some about your clothing and you say you don't want that. You get some others about the broken heel, you don't want that either. Walking back and forth between the camera and your drawer doesn't really say much. Maybe you should cool off a little and be more patient. Things doesn't happen instantly and all you achieve is annoying people I think. After having said that I hope you find your way in heeling and enjoy the heel wearing, eventually also in public.
