Firefox Posted June 11, 2002 Posted June 11, 2002 What would it be? Mine is black. Is that the easy way out? Well maybe, but it's a colour I've always liked. Second choice purple.
ShockQueen Posted June 11, 2002 Posted June 11, 2002 Ouch...my brain hurts thinking amongst all the colors I have.....let's see.... BLACK! Yeah...that's it. 2nd choice: RED (gotta stick with the goth colours ya know) SQ.....still busting societal molds with a smile...and a 50-ton sledge!
Laurieheels Posted June 12, 2002 Posted June 12, 2002 Black, followed by black, and then maybe black. Like, some part of the goth thing can never be erased from me.
azraelle Posted June 12, 2002 Posted June 12, 2002 I like forest green and purple, with black a distant third, but one has to be satisfied with what is available, which is like Henry Ford's conception of choice "You can have your Model-T in any color you want so long as it is black!" "All that you can decide, is what to do with the time that is given you."--Gandalf, "Life is not tried, it is merely survived -If you're standing outside the fire."--Garth Brooks
alfheel Posted June 12, 2002 Posted June 12, 2002 Black and 2nd choice White, or maybe in reverse order...
RubberVicki Posted June 12, 2002 Posted June 12, 2002 Black for me in 1st choice and then red in 2nd and cream in 3rd.
stellah Posted June 12, 2002 Posted June 12, 2002 95 per cent occasions the colour is definitely black. Sometimes other colours - white, red, brown - suit more. Can't imagine not wearing white pumps at a wedding Celebrities tend to wear various colours... Leopard-coloured knee-high boots are nice, too... _______________ HH forever!
Jeff Posted June 12, 2002 Posted June 12, 2002 Well, in relation to shoes black comes first. But my favourite colour is blue. Greetz, Jeff --- "She's going shopping, shopping for shoe-oe-oe-oes She wants them in magenta and Caribbean blue-ue-ue-ue" - Imelda, Mark Knopfler
Yamyam Posted June 12, 2002 Posted June 12, 2002 Have to be black for me, too. But purple would be nice too. Obsessed is such a strong word. I prefer to think of myself as "differently enthusiastic"
Robert Posted June 14, 2002 Posted June 14, 2002 Black and brown Boots, fascinating footwear http://s70.photobucket.com/albums/i103/Boots_1956/
shyguy Posted June 14, 2002 Posted June 14, 2002 Black, Red then white but black is definitely first. He was so narrow minded he could see through a keyhole with both eyes. Brown's Law: If the shoe fits, it's ugly
Charlie Posted June 16, 2002 Posted June 16, 2002 It used to be solely (pardon the pun) black, but these days, I'm rather fond of dark brown and beige too. Charlie Everything I say is a lie!.......I'm lying
hhpumps Posted June 18, 2002 Posted June 18, 2002 YES YES YES - DEFINETLY BLACK - ESPECIALLY BLACK PATENT - VERY SHINY AND SLICKERY!! YOU CAN ALSO WEAR BLACK LEATHER, BLACK SATIN, OR BLACK VELVET. BLACK CAN BE WORN PRETY MUCH ALL THE SEASONS. THE SAME WITH RED - RED PATENT OR RED LEATHER. WHITE, ON THE OTHER HAND IS USUALLY ONLY WORN BETWEEN MEMORIAL DAY AND LABOR DAY. ALTHUGH ANYTHING GOES TODAY AT ANY TIME. SO IN ORDER, IT WOULD HAVE TO BE BLACK, RED, WHITE, AND MAYBE A BLUE. I STILL DO NOT SEE THAT MANY HIGH HEELS IN MINNESOTA UNLESS IT IS SPECIAL OCCASION, AND THEN A LOT OF THEM ARE CLUNKY WIDE HEELS. patent leather and classic high heel pumps area.
Francis Posted June 18, 2002 Posted June 18, 2002 Black! Blue, a close second. Gold, bringing up the rear!
MistressM Posted June 25, 2002 Posted June 25, 2002 Red, black and then blue (although I don't own any blue yet).
Laurieheels Posted June 25, 2002 Posted June 25, 2002 Well Missy, you should change that! I should as well. Blue would be an excellent addition to my wardrobe, with my new blue dress and everything. Is it my imagination or is blue not as easy to find in higher heels?
Dave Lipstick Posted June 29, 2002 Posted June 29, 2002 Second to the ubiquitous black would be baby pink. High heels are absurd, impractical and sexy and I don't see why the colours should be any different!
Phil Posted June 30, 2002 Posted June 30, 2002 Hi folks its been a while. Other than black, I'd select tan/natural color heels.
TXT-1 Posted June 30, 2002 Posted June 30, 2002 Gee my favorite color (for heels)wold have to be Black patent, but at the moment I only have ONE pair of heels and they are chunky heeled 4 inch sandals colour is, black (natural not suede) leather, but have a pair of those "Dream" platform boots (7.5 heel) in the pipeline
Joak Posted July 1, 2002 Posted July 1, 2002 Well, for me it's black too. Plain letaher or suede! Joak
Nata Posted July 6, 2002 Posted July 6, 2002 Black and white are the two colours that match well with my clothes. However I tend to wear my black shoes more regularly than my white ones. Therefore I think I will choose black if I am limited to just one colour. Cheers, Nata
Mark & Marilyn Posted July 30, 2002 Posted July 30, 2002 Black, without doubt. To me, black looks more stylish and elegant than other colors. It mixes well with most types of clothing, let alone lingerie . It looks beautiful with black stockings or hose. Second best would be clear color, but only for platform heels. Kiss Marilyn
