ShockQueen Posted May 30, 2002 Posted May 30, 2002 I could see myself in the ones in pics 4 & 5. They just seem to fit my style better. Nice collection! SQ.....still busting societal molds with a smile...and a 50-ton sledge!
Joak Posted May 30, 2002 Posted May 30, 2002 OK skip the first one - the rest of them are really nice heeled shoes and boots! They really looks like a good all-day footwear to me.
azraelle Posted May 30, 2002 Posted May 30, 2002 I drool over #2; I have #8 in black, and also in tan. "All that you can decide, is what to do with the time that is given you."--Gandalf, "Life is not tried, it is merely survived -If you're standing outside the fire."--Garth Brooks
Dexter23 Posted May 30, 2002 Posted May 30, 2002 I like 9 and 10 most. actualy I am looking for a pair like that to buy. Nice for wearing out.
Arctic Posted May 30, 2002 Posted May 30, 2002 2, 3, 6, 7, 9 and 10 I would buy immediately if I'd see them anywhere. Great styles!! Bert What's all the fuss about?
Laurieheels Posted May 30, 2002 Posted May 30, 2002 They're obviously very popular styles as many girls and women here wear them. Which is one of the reasons I wouldn't. They're nice, of course, and they'll look good for men and women. Since they are popular, blending in is easier. Right?

I don't see my self blending in. Explicitly a man in high heels. Most of the shoe would be covered by my pants any way. Clothing is an extension of a person's personality, Right? Two people can have the same out fits but they don't look the same. Simply wearing different shoes or a scarf on one for example. I think if some one designs a popular shoe/boot it's because there is something that everybody likes about it. But why there are so many shoe stiles out there? For some they might be fallowing a trend for others it my be what ever they like. To me there are some ugly shoes out there that a lot of people wear and they like them. Baaaarrrrrrrf!!!! By the way pic 5 and 6 is a 4" heel. The stores that sold them may have been popular to buy but I don't see any one wearing them. Most of the heels except pic one are between 3.5" and 4" inches. Arctic Posted October 1, 2002 Posted October 1, 2002 Nice! I like the ones with the slim heels the best! Bert What's all the fuss about?
stellah Posted October 1, 2002 Posted October 1, 2002 Excellent boots indeed! Quite walkable outside even for less daring huys I myself prefer knee-high boots... _______________ HH forever!
Robert Posted October 1, 2002 Posted October 1, 2002 Nice collection Hoverfly! I like nr 2, 3, 4, 10 and your latest from Westies Boots, fascinating footwear http://s70.photobucket.com/albums/i103/Boots_1956/
Firefox Posted October 1, 2002 Posted October 1, 2002 1,2,3,8 & 9 for me. 3 is very my style, typical of what I wear a lot of the time.
Becky Posted October 1, 2002 Posted October 1, 2002 I like the contrast of the silver toe cap and silver heels on those knee high boots Stellah - where did you get those from? I have a pair very similar - 5.5" metal heels in matt black kidskin leather, but without the toe cap So many shoes & boots to buy in so little time!!
Gizmo Posted October 1, 2002 Posted October 1, 2002 my choice 7,8,9 and i think that 7 is most favourite boot !!!!!!
Arctic Posted October 1, 2002 Posted October 1, 2002 I myself prefer knee-high boots... Me too. Wow, these are NICE! Bert What's all the fuss about?
Firefox Posted October 1, 2002 Posted October 1, 2002 The only reason I don't like 7 is that the heel is set right back outside the line of the boot. Otherwise I've got a couple of very similar pairs with the more classic in-line shape.
hoverfly Posted October 1, 2002 Author Posted October 1, 2002 Yeah... the heel sticks out just a little bit. But I don't think it is that noticable form a distance if you looked at it in person. Becides these were the first best fitting boots I had found. Can't pass that up for a little cosmetic issue. Hello, my name is Hoverfly. I’m a high heel addict…. Weeeeeeeeeee! 👠1998 to 2022!

Jeff Posted October 2, 2002 Posted October 2, 2002 I have those same boots without the steel toecap. Bought at Silhouette december last year. Very nice and comfy boots.
