Roger_au1 Posted July 10, 2002 Posted July 10, 2002 G'day all. I just found this place and had to join ASAP! Ive been interested in women in heels for as long as I can remember, and doing an internet search on heels brings up thousands of responses. Most are picture sites and / or porn and that doesnt interest me much.. At last it seems Ive found a home where its possible to actually converse with people who share my interest. I hope to post heaps !! (And thanks to Jeff for sorting out my login problem) Roger
Laurieheels Posted July 10, 2002 Posted July 10, 2002 Welcome, and if you like speaking with people who share your interest of women in heels, imagine how you'll feel knowing that you can converse with the women who do the wearing! And not in a $5.99 a minute sense of the word! Welcome, Roger, to a more intellectual world of heel enjoyment.
Roger_au1 Posted July 10, 2002 Posted July 10, 2002 Thanks for the nice welcome.. Im feeling comfy already, just like a nice pair of 6" pumps
hoverfly Posted July 10, 2002 Posted July 10, 2002 HI Hello,  my name is Hoverfly. I’m a high heel addict…. Weeeeeeeeeee!  👠1998 to 2022!
Laurieheels Posted July 20, 2002 Posted July 20, 2002 I think heels and wonderful and all, but there has to be something else that edges out stiletto heels as the greatest achievement. Organ transplants to promote life? That seems like a good one. I make trouble, that's what I do, and I love it!
Bubba136 Posted July 20, 2002 Posted July 20, 2002 "high heels are humanity's greatest achievement !! " Wow!! I always thought it was sliced bread! Being mentally comfortable in your own mind is the key to wearing heels in public.
azraelle Posted July 21, 2002 Posted July 21, 2002 If you take the bible literally, and assume that God couldn't create Eve without Adam, it would seem that Women were God's AND Man's greatest achievement! "All that you can decide, is what to do with the time that is given you."--Gandalf, "Life is not tried, it is merely survived -If you're standing outside the fire."--Garth Brooks
WedgeRob Posted July 21, 2002 Posted July 21, 2002 Hello, finally joined with a username after "lurking" for 6 months. Taking my"First Step"! into the high heeled world
skenn Posted July 21, 2002 Posted July 21, 2002 I've been very bad (rude). I've posted to several forums, and haven't even said hello. Hello. Now I have. Great fun here, lots of intelligent comments (unlike some sites). I'm a male admirer of HH's, with a reluctant wife, but BOY, does she look great when she does elevate herself. She's started corseting aswell which is great. Anyway, I'm Irish, an Electronics Engineer, abviously like HH, a bit deviant in my desires and fantasies, but haven't explored the possibilities much. Not interested in serious, painful or non-consensual bondage. That's about it for the moment. I'll be around for a while though. Shane
Arctic Posted July 22, 2002 Posted July 22, 2002 Makes me think... Hello from my side too. About 1/2 year late I'm still wondering why there is a correlation between engineering (electronics in particular) and heels... Bert What's all the fuss about?
Phoenix764 Posted July 22, 2002 Posted July 22, 2002 I believe I've been rude also in not posting a greeting here first, while expressing my opinions elsewhere. I'm a male admirer of high heels on women (no platforms please) in his mid 30's, that is single and is living in southern california. For a living I do technical support of computers, like a rather large number of men associated with this board do. Hmmm, anyone want to theorize what the association is between men who make their living with computers and their addiction/fetish with high heels? Oh well, let a psychology student and rats play with that one I'll just have to find a relatively nice lady, with a wicked mind who will accomodate my desires and will wear high heels sometimes. Another Jeff to confuse everyone
skenn Posted July 22, 2002 Posted July 22, 2002 I was here about 4 hours ago, typing away, 10 fingered, but looking at the keyboard, when I suddenly noticed a black screen. My lovely new 15" TFT monitor had just died. F*@"it. Anywaty, in response to Bert, Hmmm, I cant see any direct relationship either. Maybe just a creative, and imaginative mind. Really, I am as happy with a lathe as I am with an oscilliscope. Not particularly good with a welder, but I can join 2 pieces of steel together. To Phoenix764, I have a wicked mind, but I don't think either of us is interested in another male. I just wish my s/o had more of an imagination.
Phoenix764 Posted July 22, 2002 Posted July 22, 2002 Sorry Skeen. I like you do prefer females( particularly jewish females - my own failing) and have no inclination to bend the other way. As far as imagination goes, mine is completely out of control :drinking: (since you don't have a insane icon) and that is why I need someone with a wicked mind to keep up with me. Give me a woman who play, a wicked mind, can dominate, and be dominted, very intelligent, and of course high heels. I'm drooling already
Nicole Posted July 29, 2002 Posted July 29, 2002 I figured that I should write here before I posted elsewhere. I love wearing heels, dresses, skirts and the like but rarely do for various reasons which i won't go into on this thread. I doubt that I will post here much, more or less for the same reasons, but I thought I could make a couple of contributions. In light of all that, this looks like an excellent forum. Congrats to every one for making it what it is. Nicole the truth shall make you fret
Laurieheels Posted July 29, 2002 Posted July 29, 2002 Welcome, Nicole, and do post what you can, when you can. We welcome everyone to take part and expand the view points here. The more poeple who participate, the better the forums are. And you can share anything you like with us here, this is not a place where people judge, it is just a place where people are happy to correspond with others who like the same things.
Nicole Posted July 29, 2002 Posted July 29, 2002 Thanks Laurie. From what I've seen of you, you seem absolutely brilliant. I admire and respect what you're trying to accomplish. Part of me would like to do the same, but it's not an overwhelming feeling. I've no problem with sharing my feelings on this board. I just felt it was inappropriate to really be overly detailed on this thread. the truth shall make you fret
Laurieheels Posted July 29, 2002 Posted July 29, 2002 Brilliant? Wow, compliments, I need to try and remember what to do... Thanks! I appreciate it! I try... It is nice to be admired. Now if you need anything, ask me, I am sure I can give advice on things for your situation (I have read one or two of your posts in the Guys section) or whatever. Enjoy!
anthrax Posted August 10, 2002 Posted August 10, 2002 Maybe I should have read a little more before creating my own hello thread. Duhhhhhh... :morning: :splat: Anyway, hello again to all, at least in this official spot for saying so. I'm a male admirer of women with a thing for heels who lives in Texas. I admit to leaning much more toward a woman in boots, but in this place there's room for everyone, right?
arista Posted September 7, 2002 Posted September 7, 2002 Hi folks, Wherever you are. I am new to this group and joined pretty well straight away. I am 'into' heels, the highest I feel comfortable in is 3" I am male, just started my 50's am 5'8", slim and so I can get into womens clothing with relative ease, though I do like the fact that stretch is offered more in ladies than mens. I can easily buy womens shoes/boots in my size too. I am not exactly into cross-dressing per se, but I like the feel of womens clothers and their fit as opposed to what men get offered. I do wear skirts and when I do I have hold-ups to go with them, but I prefer the trouser/boot combination. I regularly go out, mostly at night for a walk and have occassionally walked into a shop to buy something. No apparent funny loks or stares that I have noticed but I do go out sometimes with a specific intention and at the last minute, I back away from it, I guess I need to try more often and build up my confidence. Hope to hear from you all soon A
Firefox Posted September 7, 2002 Author Posted September 7, 2002 Hi Arista. Welcome to the board. I hope you enjoy reading and posting here. Many people both guys and girls who like heels often meet up in the UK and Europe. You can check out our activities in the real life shopping and meetings forum. Feel free to post or email us
Laurieheels Posted September 8, 2002 Posted September 8, 2002 Hi Arista, welcome to the best place on the internet to just be yourself! No one here judged, really, so jump in, and we all hope you pile up the posts and move up the rankings very soon!
Yamyam Posted September 9, 2002 Posted September 9, 2002 Yes indeedy, hello and welcome. Obsessed is such a strong word. I prefer to think of myself as "differently enthusiastic"
arista Posted September 15, 2002 Posted September 15, 2002 Hi, Arista, What part of Hants? ..... I'm on the Hants/Surrey border I'm on the Hants/Wilts border, but that's not a million miles away is it now? I am presently attired in a newly acquired long black slinky skirt( bought on ebay) with thigh high slits in it, coupled with hold-ups and sling backs, I am feeling rather good Carpe diem ! A
spiky heels Posted September 16, 2002 Posted September 16, 2002 Hello to everyone on the forum. It was so good to find a place with so many like minded people that I had to join. Im 42, male and straight, definately enjoy seeing women in heels. As far as wearing them goes I'm afraid I'm still at the stage of only wearing them indoors but you never know I may find the right style that I could be confident to wear outdoors, perhaps an ankle boot not too femminine or too high. Any advice would be welcome.
Francis Posted September 16, 2002 Posted September 16, 2002 Hi Spiky Heel, welcome! The first steps out and about are very daunting and it's best to choose a style that suits you and that you feel comfortable with. Many others have been where you are now, but with advice and a little coaxing they have slowly managed to build up the confidence to carry it off. you fail to mention where in UK you are, you may be closer to some of the board members than you think. In which case, the nearest would no doubt be delighted to assist you. Alternatively, meet up with some of us in Birmingham on Oct 20th. Take in the sights, sounds and beer :-)
spiky heels Posted September 16, 2002 Posted September 16, 2002 Francis, Thanks for your greetings. I live in Sussex. Your advice is very welcome. I have a way to go before venturing out but no doubt once I've got the confidence I will.
Firefox Posted September 16, 2002 Author Posted September 16, 2002 If you want to turn up for a chat and a drink/shopping you don't need to wear heels. See how we do it and form your own styles or opinions. It's not for everyone just as it's not for every girl, but we can always offer some advice and confidence if that's what you fancy.
spiky heels Posted September 17, 2002 Posted September 17, 2002 Firefox, thanks for the offer I'll bear it in mind.
loveheel Posted September 17, 2002 Posted September 17, 2002 Hi Arista, and welcome. What are hold-ups ? This English from the other side of the Atlantic is strange ...
Nicole Posted September 17, 2002 Posted September 17, 2002 Hi Arista, and welcome. What are hold-ups ? This English from the other side of the Atlantic is strange ... stockings that do not require suspenders the truth shall make you fret
