I was walking last Saturday in Mong Kok area in Hong Kong when I saw the attached ad telling the shop was providing shoes from very small to very large shoes...

Interesting point for us no?

P.S Sorry I forgot to take photo of the shop...

43 Chinese size is 42 European. So, more for large woman feet. Or Chinese guys?

By definitely the guys, I expect not too many women in that region of the world, much less other places, have feet that large. Good to see.

Vaguely (perhaps) related - just the other day I took a quick look at the US Nine West website. The presently have a pair of sandals in US size 13 (women’s, of course) shown. The shoe style looked pretty good to me. More progress!

Since when has the equivalent of Eu42 been 'very large' - or even 'large', by Western standards?   No help at all to many of us!

Agreed... EU42 is a 10 (maybe 10.5) US Women's size.  Which works for me as I do wear a 10 (I already feel fortunate that I rarely have issues finding my size), but doesn't work for a rather large percentage of men in the US / Europe.

But as far as Hong Kong goes, that is definitely opening up new options for men there at least  :)
