  1. For me my sexual orientation is one of the few things i never had doubts about. I'm very fond of women, they are gorgeous and interesting `creatures`. I might have a little more feminine brain than the average guy, but i don't feel about men as i do about women. Not that i'm judging! Everyone should be able to do as they want, as long as it doesn't hurt anyone. My love for heels is unrelated to my sexual orientation. Wearing pantyhose with heels was something i resisted for a long time. In my mind it was crossing a line, i don't see myself as a crossdresser. But pantyhose give so much more comfort and my female friend convinced me i should try them and now i'm hooked on hold-ups. But thats as far as it goes for me, i don't feel the need to wear skirts or tops. I've thought about that if it could be a next step that i didn't want to admit. But it just isn't me, i prefer jeans and a nice shirt with my heels. An odd look maybe since i prefer very feminine heels. I read some replies about heels being a fashion choice. For me not really i guess, i just love heels and never gave the 'mix and match' a lot of thought. I've never worn heels outside yet so this might change if i ever get the guts to do so.

  2. And another nice Saturday for shopping. Went out to a certain store for a pair of ankle booties with a small platform. They didn't have them anymore but in a store full of cute shoes i couldn't resist and bought two pairs of platforms. A grey pair of mary-jane style which look better for real than on the pictures. And a pair of black peeptoe platforms made of a very soft material.

Those are great! I'm thinking of getting a blue pair aswell. Don't have any in blue. :)

  5. Just a shoe update! I went down to ZU shoes today and bought myself these pretty's! :) I was served by a guy who said that i was the first Male to come into store since it opened last August and try on a pair of heels. He asked me if i perform or wether i just dress this way and i told him no this is just how i dress :wavey: he said i have amazingly slim legs, better than most girls and that he'd tried on those same shoes in the back but they didn't fit him, he took the first picture for me...

    Enjoyyy, Heelguy

    Very lovely heels!!

  6. I've gotten quite a few pairs lately. Two of them i just posted in the Shopping for heels: try them on thread. I had such a great experience. The matte-black platforms and the patent platforms i recently got with my friend. I'm usually not really into chunky shoes but i really liked the mary-jane style and they where so cheap at Zalando that i had to get them. They are very comfortable are real leather and have a furry-ish lining. And they where only €26,95 in the sale! The suedette pumps are the most comfortable heels i own. I can wear them all day cause of the fairly low heel.

  7. A little while back i really wanted to buy some boots with a small platform. I only had one pair of boots and i wanted another pair. So i went to a town about 70 miles away cause they have an "Xtrastar" store there. I've read good things about them in a girls fashion forum so i decided to go there. I was prepared with shaved legs and was wearing pantyhose so that would make trying them on easier. When i arrived at the store they had a lot to choose from but i got quite nervous. So i looked around als calm as i could until i picked a pair i wanted. Quite slutty overknee boots but i really liked them. Xtrastar have their stock underneath the displays so i found a pair in my size and tried them on. It went a little clumsy cause of the nerves but the fitted perfectly. I walked a few steps and then put them back in the box and went to the cash register. The salesgirl took them and asked if i didn't want to use their sale. Any second pair would be free. So i told her i'd take another look around then. After a short while she came over and asked if she could help. I told her that i tried a certain pair but that they ran small for their size. So she suggested another pair to try on and gave them to me. There i was in the middle of the store trying them on. An older man who walked out gave me a funny look but i didn't care. The sales girl was very helpful and i loved the pair she suggested so i took them. After paying she told me she hoped i would enjoy them and i left. This was my best shopping experience so far. I was very nervous but the sales girl made me feel more comfortable because she acted so normal and helpful I'll be going there more often.

  8. @ LiveAndLearn They are fairly open minded and once told me the wouldn't mind if i where gay. It was a general comment and not a suspicion i was though. The thing you said about your father, it probably be the same here aswell. He's not good at such stuff and he'd try to be nice about it and make it more awkward with that. And indeed the heels i have are quite feminine, it's the ones i like. I'm not into the more chunky heeled shoes.

  9. I've said this many times before and I'll say it again...

WHY is it "Something you need to "chat" about...

If you had some nice new jeans, do you feel the need to "find the right time to tell your parents" about them? New trainers/sneakers? A new hat?

    -- snip --

Out of interest, what boots are they exactly? Can you show us?

In a way i know you're right, but apparently i'm not that comfortable with the whole thing yet. My friend that goes shopping with me and lets me wear them at her house says exactly the same thing as you do. She got quite mad when i did go shopping with her and then didn't have the guts to put the heels i bought on at her house. :wavey: But that changed over time.

I also decided not to tell them as long as it doesn't come up again. If it does, i'll probably tell them as it is.

And these are the boots it's about, nothing too outrageous :) :
