    Slingback flopping

    Some of my slingbacks do the 'flopping' aswell. Not all of them though. I really love those white slingbacks on your blog link! And a female friend of mine told me slingbacks are a little more difficult to walk in. :cry1:

    Crazy prices, too good to miss. Looks like, from the reviews, these have been appealing to guys (anyone here?) like me/us, and I can't wait to wear them to work in the New Year.

    Speaking of square toe platform heels, I been eyeing these from Next for a while, but they only go up to 43, which even in their wide-fit I find too small. Such a shame, I love the colours! How I wish Next would raise their sizes to 44. Heaven!

    That they carry up to 43 is already unusually 'large'. :cry1: Most go up to 40/41. :wave: Great shoes though!

    At the moment i only wear heels in private. And a friend of mine lets me wear them at her house. We also go shopping for heels together every now and then. Allthough i'll start to take more 'risks' with shopping i'll see myself ending up just wearing them in public. :cry1: But it hasn't come to that yet. :wave:

    I used to buy my shoes online. But my self acceptance evolves. Last sunday (shops where open in some cities) i went to another city than the one i live in to shop for shoes. I've been there before and tried shoes on in the fitting room. But this time i got busted by the sales girl. First i asked her about a pair of heels, i couldn't find them in my size. I told here a story about them being for my gf but she already had doubts. She asked me "what are you planning to do with them". I ignored it and when she couldn't find them in my size i said i'll look for something else. After trying on a few other pairs i came out of the fitting room and there she was again. She asked if i succeeded in finding a pair. Busted! :wave: I said yes and went to pay for the shoes i wanted. The girl behind the cash register asked me if i had a gala party. :wave: So she knew aswell. They probably spotted me the time i was there before and talked about it. They where nice though and didn't make a fuzz of it. So it got me more confident in the end. :cry1: All and all it was quite a pleasant experience.
