I have my Madden heels, my Victoria's Secret heels, Charles David heels, Nine West heels, ..., but they are just heels. My daily shoes.

Some people have coin collections, stamp collections, toy elephant collections, ..., but if you want to get your SO to be okay with your heels, just call them "my shoes" or "my heels".

I think when you use the word "collection" to describe your heels you set yourself up to having it be called a fetish by other people (wife, SO, etc.).  Do you have a "collection" of shirts or do you just have shirts? I have shoes, over 45 just happen to be high heels.

My experience has been that I wear a size 14 in women's jeans but a 16 is good for 4-5"/10-12cm heels whereas a size 18 is better for heels higher than that. You may want to follow suit using whatever your size is without heels and go up from there. On the other hand, if you really want to make a splash then you could just wear some skinny jeans with those heels. Like Shyheels pointed out it would save the tailoring. HinH

Its not that easy. My size 10 are slipping off my waist, so I am back to size 8 or men's 31/32. Look for TALL versions.

I've been looking for a pair of knee high boots either in leather (cognac or grey/pewter) or suede (blue or grey/pewter). Maybe snake skin - LOL. Full zipper. At least a 4 inch difference between toe and heel. Platforms okay.

So I stopped by my local boutique. The manager greeted me, we chatted, only new boots with at least a 4 inch heel where these Delicous, but only in black. I was thinking about them and she said "why not just try them on, size 10 right."  Too tight, too similar. She told me to come back in 2 weeks, they should be getting some new boots in
