That looks handy to have, so I placed an order for one. Thanks!

You wont be sorry, I've had one since 2012. Some shoes stretch BUT there are others that don't.

  2. I get those two comments too. I respond by saying "Life too short for heels that hurt."  If they want to continue I will say that women buy heels because of their LOOK and what outfits they look good with, then worry about walking in them while I buy shoes that fit from the beginning because I will wear them for 12+ hours straight. Some times I might ask what the most important thing you look for in heels - the most common answer "how it look." I get accused of "buying heels like a man."

  3. I could have choosing many other items, such as pants, or jackets, or ...

It takes the same type of courage to wear heels in public on a daily basis as it is to wear say fingernail polish, or leggings, or anything else. If you are confident and show confidence then you can expand what people think. I like tall high heel boots and if you walk and display confidence, you can diffuse the fetish vibe. Don't let what you wear define who you are.

There’s nothing of fetish in it at all. It annoys me when people assume that there must be some sexual angle to any guys preference for footwear that society assigns to women.

Why limit it to just footwear?

I wear a lot of turtlenecks in the winter and I will layer them. I have switched to women's because they fit me better, are softer,  more colorful, sleeveless (when needed), ....

I love how you think I’m going to be able to pull off 5” stilettos! I usually stick with thicker heels, but I guess you never know

You never know. I have just purchased 5 pairs of Jessica Simpson stilettos and I find them very easy to walk in.  Since you and your wife enjoy matching pairs, look for a BOGO (Buy One Get One FREE) sale on them at Macy's. I used it to get two Raxen's in different colors for under $55 (including shipping), but you could use that type of sale to get two different sizes.

  6. I have been using leggings as long underwear since the 90's.. Used them many times under my long pants on cold days and nights. Late fall/winter outdoor concerts at night are great places. I also have stir-up leggings as well. While I have 30 + pairs that I use all the time, mostly from Victoria's Secret, Eddie Bauer, Nike, etc.. I love my compression leggings  for skiing. I've been know to stripping off my ski suit and drive back in  just the legging and a top. I do get a few looks when I stop for gas. I have a few HUE corduroy leggings as well.

This pass 4 months I have added some jeggings to my daily (work) wardrobe, Vegan Leather (2 pairs) and jeans both from Express. My new 311 are extremely close to jeggings.

Both leggings and jeggings are very stretchy and skin tight, they differ by jegging will have a zipper and leggings don't.

Leggings are slowly becoming acceptable for men. For many runners this is their winter gear.

If you haven't try them I would recommend leggings and jeggings.
