Marilyn, yep did wear heels, but very mixed lady, think she got involved umm may be a bit too involved with the President. Enought said, I may be wrong? Inga

More to the point funny quote: "Advocates of garden gnome rights wound up a nine-day convention in Germany withan appeal for a crackdown against clumsy lawn-mower operators. Up to 1,500 self-proclaimed gnomologists took part in the first German Gnome Congress in the city of Chemitz." Inga

Mine too, tend to spend big on fashion, keeps me poor, despite having a reasonable disposable income. Inga

Hat, pretty hard when one's hair is 25 to 30 inches long, ie nearly to my butt. Hanky too small, hair net - yeah that will probably work. Inga

You right, good things come progressively anyhow I'm posting and it's 7.25pm in Melbourne, 1.25am Calgary OK you cant post. Sure there be some interesting stuff on the boards tommorow, looks like you'll make it tomorrow. (200 that is?)

Not many would pay, over here in Australia they can't even pay to save a major airline thats being operating for over 70 years. This seemed to cost a Mr Hogan his job in British Midland, he decided Ansett was the way to go, came home took the CEO position now there's no position because there's no airline. Also Sir Richard B is complaining, QANTAS has too much control. Basically we've now got a monopoly re airlines QANTAS has over 80% of the market. Probably got nothing much do do with the thread, anyhow I've said my bit. Inga

Agree with you on Mr Bean. Inga

Good on you, actually, don't think you'll have any problems, I never did at Uni and I did sometimes wear 4 inch plus heels. Inga
-
Was'nt that in "Goldfinger"? Inga
-
Hiya, When it's cold I often wear a pants suit, yeah and with 4 inch heels. Most of my suits are purchased with the three pieces jacket skirt and pant (trouser). Pants actually look quite good on as I have relatively long legs, that's why I wear them. Inga

Bit like the footballer who puts his socks on before his boots, nuff said.
-
Well that's modern compared with the first one I had, you had to run a tape with it then place things (word processing and database) into memory and off you went. Mid 80's. You should have seen the bangers that were around when I was at Uni, early 80's and people thought they were amazing. You mean "Posh Spice", isn't she married to that footballer. Didn't they all wear heels? (Spice Girls) Inga

Pretty good aren't they - those racks. I'll probably get more soon although they don't work to well with boots, any suggestions for boot storage, as I have 15 pairs.

Hiya all, just an update, now have 17 pairs of boots, bought two pairs in the last fortnight, including one today, winter's a comming in Australia. Also just added a pair of mules to my collection also.

Think Lauries answered that one albeit with great verbosity. Simple answer, men last took to the streets in a big way in HH in the late sixties and early seventies. They may have been influenced by sub standard performers like Paul Gadd aka Gary Glitter. Their typical shoe was a clumpy platform with 3 inch heel, it was yuk. I think they could have done better by having the heel, but not the platform. (end, don't need to read further) Inga

I'm not a chef either, just read the odd cook book. My attire also, might not conform to that of chef's. Inga

So right Laurie, I really liked it because of its ironic content, the fact you had to relate to everyday experiences, like stuff up's in service industries for example. You should know what I mean here, some know what they are doing and some don't. They used to play on this a bit. Probably it was a program for those who were a bit smarter than the average. Inga

Must have been just before they lost Peter Sellers. Did anyone else see this guy in the Pink Panther series, brilliant stuff. Inga
-
Sarah Jessica Parker and Liz Hurley are two who predominantly wear heels. Come on there's heaps more. Inga

Looks like 202 will be the official #200. As Francis and Laurie said wish some would post more. Anyhow better keep posting. Inga

Movie star's from the past who have been known to wear heels. Bette Davis and Barbara Hepworth, saw an article the other day and both were in heels. Oh and no platforms either - good. Inga

DIY medicine, there was a skit on MPFC about that once, sort of funny. Way out on the edge stuff. Inga

Very Polish, make sure the fillings are nice, something carbo is good. Enjoy. Inga
