Here's a freestyle fashion contribution of the sort that I think @kneehighs was asking for when he started this thread years ago.
Well done!

Very nice Mr. X. Curious what you paired the purple bag with, black of course goes everywhere. A bag appears in some of my gallery photos and I know other members have posted some as well. HinH
The most recent outfit in Mr. X's Travels will answer exactly that

I am actually suprised we don't have one of these yet. We Have a thread elsewhere for shoes and boots that we have bought. I thought it would be a good idea to start a thread for other things fashion related that we have purchased. It could be a new piece of clothing. Or how about a new bag, or piece of jewellery that we have bought. Something that is not shoes or boots, but that will most likely be worn in conjunction with them. Anyone male or female can participate. I'll get us started.
Here is a couple of bags I purchased recently. One is a black Aldo brand crossbody bag. The other is a purple Grace Adele brand handbag. I have already used the purple one on some outings. And I will no doubt be using the other one as well

Really nice looking boots there mate and very nicely styled with the blue jeans, wouldn’t mind seeing the rest of your outfit but from what i can see looks very much like the way i would wear them
I didn't have a complete outfit on. I was just taking a pic to show off the boots.

Pretty cool outfit there, Mr. X. I must say my eye was attracted more to the purple handbag than the boots!
Thanks buddy! It is quickly becoming one of my favorite handbags!

Those boots, at least as presented in this picture, are just too big around for your legs, giving a somewhat clunky look. Plus, you're gonna get rocks down your boots every five minutes as you walk! I'd try a different pair of shoes.
Rocks eh? I hadn't thought of that.

Whoa! Cool shoes, my friend, but definitely NOT something to wear to the local coffee shop. As for what to pair with those heels, how about a slim black, knee length skirt and perhaps a light colored top.
Thanks for the advice

wear them with skirts would be easier. They're the kind of shoe that goes with any skirt that isn't red?
they look like a practical heel height for long wearing too - and what lovely toned pastel colours. The gold studs warm them up nicely!
Thanks for the advice

What, exactly, do you mean when you say "high heels?"
I know they are all technically high heels. By that I mean just shoes though. Like pumps and heeled sandals and the like.

It's been a while since I have posted, so here goes! As I was going through my shoe inventory the other night I realized I had a pair of boots that I hadn't worn out yet. And since I had some things to do tonight, It was meant to be! The outing was short and sweet and went off without a hitch. So i will get right to the heart of it.
The boots are Just Fab. They are chocolate brown in colour and have a 4 inch chunkier block heel. They look really sharp! The pictures don't do them justice. I bought them second hand but you wouldn't know it. They are in mint shape! And know for the completed look.
The outfit
1) chocolate brown Just Fab boots with 4 inch heel
2) black leggings
3) purple sweater
4) Reitmans grey white and black belted coat
5) Aldo black with gold accents handbag- 5

I'm younger than alot of people here and I hadn't heard of him either. I researched and found that he tends to dress "flamboyant". He wears alot of wierd hair colours and makeup and such. So unfotunately, seeing heels on him does nothing for us. We need more regular and manly men wearing them. And I don't see that happening anytime soon!

I figured it was time to update my shoe inventory. Since I have purchased some new ones since my last count. I have also gotten rid of some shoes that I don't wear or like anymore. Plus I got rid of some because they were either worn out or damaged over time. So here is my counts.
High Heels 52
Wedges 6
Flats 3
Ankle Boots 9
Knee Boots 11That is a grand total of 81 pairs! I guess you could say I have an addiction. Guilty as charged! And some would call me a "Shoe Whore"!

If this site is any indicator, then yes. But sadly, in the real world I would say no. Men who wear heels are still in the minority. And I don't see that changing any time soon!

Those are cute. Not a big platform guy, but I love t-straps. What size are they?
I'm not usually a platform guy either. And I believe they are a size 9.

These look great @Mr. X - the pic with them on is much nicer Looking great with the skinny jeans too. I'm sure that small platform gives them a good comfort level too. And what a great price!!
cant wait to hear about your adventures out with them.
Thanks! And yes, they are super comfortable.
