I agree that is one beautiful older women. Jennifer looks good lately in almost anything she wears. She could make a potato sack look good for crying out loud.

I agree. All I meant was that she always looked older than her age to me. I would rather people age gracefully and skip all the plastic surgery stuff.

I find their sizes tend to run pretty good. I usually take anywhere from a 9 to a 10. All of the shoes I have bought there have been exactly that. With most of them leaning to the 9 side.

Although I like the shoes I have never really been a fan of "SJP". I just don't see how people could call her one of the most beautiful people in the world. Even here she has bony, twig like legs. And her face is showing age too.

This is for all of the single people out there. I was wondering which finger or fingers you wear your rings on? And is there any significance as to which finger you wear them on? I bought a ring yesterday and I was wearing it on my left hand next to the pinkie. I am a left handed person and that is wear it felt most comfortable on me and fit the best. When I showed it to my mother she said it was nice but that I should wear it on my other hand as that is the "marriage" finger. On my right hand it feels oddly out of place and it doesn't fit as good. Any thoughts?

Here is a picture of the lovely Maria Menounos looking smokin hot at a benefit for the Elton John Aids Foundation. She always looks good. But here she has the perfect combination of good girl bad girl. The dress, hair ,and makeup, say old school Hollywood. While the side slit and super hot heels make me think unnatural thoughts. Nice! And if someone could help me identify the stunning heels she is wearing it would be appreciated. I so want a pair. Even though They probably cost a lot of money.

They are all nice Kennard. But I agree with the croc pair. I also like the very red pair as well.

I have had that happen on a couple of occasions with saleswomen. I had one invite me out with her to a club in heels. I already knew about the place and my wife and I went on occasion.

Aldo and bakers honestly seem to have the nicest staff and they are always willing to go the extra mile around here at least.

I too have had nothing but good experiences so far at Aldo.

Those shoes are different but in a good way. I like em.

The pictures and the shoes are nice regardless of who's feet are in them.

Taupe color is a first for me and I guess it wont be the last.

Note that I prefer to wear them with the flap pulled up: I think they look better this way.

Well, I decided to wear my new Diba Ashton knee high 4" stacked blade heel camel leather boots out. My first stop was to Walmart to do some stuff (of course the double takes and the boots were UNDER the pants. i was wearing a red Izod sweater and Levi's 511 "skinny" black jeans.

Then, right nearby, the opened a new Nine West outlet. So, for the occasion, I put the boots over the pants, went shopping and tried on a few pairs and bought a pair of sandals.

And I was treated like any other customer; one of the salesgirls helped look for the size 11s.

The boots look good from what I can see. Some regular angles of them would have been nice though.

Ordered these from Spring a week ago and got them yesterday. They were the last ones available and just in my size too. They're real leather, comfortable, and just a really great boot. I like them ALOT!

I like the color and the heel height / style.

The heel is high enough to feel it and still easy to walk.

I shop frequently at Aldo and I don't remember seeing them.

I actually posted an Aldo link to them on page 4 of this thread. They are the "Farisola" model. As nice as the boots are nobody has said anything about the coat.....lol

Had a day off today. So I went to run a few errands and get some Mr. X time in. It was cold in the morning so I wore my winter coat. I also wore some jeans with my brown Aldo knee boots over top. It gets easier everytime just like people say. Not one comment was made all day but I did notice a few head turns or eye shifts. But today I was specifically looking out for them for some reason. I guess I was hoping someone would say something or strike up a conversation but nothing happened. First stop was Aldo. I found one pair of boots I liked but they were down to the last pair and they were not my size. And I was not keen on ordering them as the lady suggested. So much for that. Next up was a couple of thrift shops here in town. It is a great way to try new things fashion wise on the cheap. And I have come away from there with many a good item in the past. Today was no exception. I was hanging up some clothes I had tried on when I spotted my purchase. I guess someone else had tried it on but decided against it as it was on the put back rack. Lucky for me. The item was a ladies black polyester military style jacket. I tried it on and it fit and looked great, sold! The I saw the $10 price tag, double sold! It went especially well with what I was already wearing. I went back to my car jacket in hand. The weather was warming up quite a bit like it was suppose to. So I took of my winter coat and put on my new coat. Even if it was cold I probably still would have changed as I really like the coat. The rest of the day went off without a hitch. And I had a little extra stride in my step. As I was coming out of Walmart I was walking behind a younger women who was nicely dressed and wearing a nice pair of grey ankle booties over her jeans. I wanted to say something but I didn't. I really wish I would have though. Anyhow, on to the pics Here is 3 pictures of what I wore. They are basically the same. Comments and suggestions are always welcome.

I got this pair late last week. They are made by Kimora Lee and are very Comfortable.

Those are different but in a good way. They almost look like to tree logs fashioned into a pair of boots.....lol
