Hi John, definitely agree money well spent! Do you mind us asking what Allan charged? We have bought our last dozen pairs of custom made Boots from Ian at Jean Gaborit and they have run approx $800 USD each. Quality is incredible but turn around time is about 4 months and with the exchange to Euros, costly. David

Hi Terri, welcome to HHPlace. Thank you for the lovely comments. The best store we have found in Montreal is in the Laval Carrefour Mall; Cathy has a pair of suede thigh Boots from there that i bought last year at a meet with Daniel6406. I will post a note to Daniel6406 who knows the store name.

Hi, Thank you for the lovely comment on the downtown Vancouver photo. The Boots I wore that day in the photo were Cristina Boots from Montreal. they went out of business about ten years ago, loved their styles, sorry to see them pack it in. Their Boots were really comfortable, in fact the day that photo was taken by Cathy it was later int he afternoon and we had been walking/shopping around Vancouver most of the day, we left our hotel around 10 in the morning and this photo was around 4pm. David

Hi, yes David is in San Diego on business (early June) and we'll both be there. Mix business with a few days of fun before we head off to the UK for the Annual Heel Meet.
