richib Posted October 5, 2011 Posted October 5, 2011 Has anyone bought from their ebay store? Are the nice shoes as far as quality? Thx
pussyinboots Posted October 6, 2011 Posted October 6, 2011 I have done an EBay Search for this shop name.....and also as a User ID, and on both occasions the result was 'Seller ID does not exist'............. However, are you thinking of THIS Shop perhaps...? PrimaFila-Italia: http://stores.ebay.co.uk/primafilashop "Good Girls keep diaries....Bad Girls just don't have the time...!:icon_twisted:"
Dr. Shoe Posted October 6, 2011 Posted October 6, 2011 No, it's this one. http://stores.ebay.co.uk/1969-Italia-Boutique?_trksid=p4340.l2563 Graduate footwear designer able to advise and assist on modification and shoe making projects.
pussyinboots Posted October 7, 2011 Posted October 7, 2011 ^ Aha...NICE shop....!!! "Good Girls keep diaries....Bad Girls just don't have the time...!:icon_twisted:"
Dr. Shoe Posted October 7, 2011 Posted October 7, 2011 Indeed. Graduate footwear designer able to advise and assist on modification and shoe making projects.
spikesmike Posted October 7, 2011 Posted October 7, 2011 Dr. Shoe Why does 1969 Italia advertise a size 45 EUR, but not one is for sale or shown on there site? Spikesmike
Dr. Shoe Posted October 7, 2011 Posted October 7, 2011 How should I know? I suspect that they occasionally do them in that size. If it's any consolation they don't do very many in a 43 either. Graduate footwear designer able to advise and assist on modification and shoe making projects.
ChipsHH Posted October 7, 2011 Posted October 7, 2011 I believe you have to contact them to verify the size. Not sure, just a guess. Formally "HHDude"
aliensurfer Posted October 8, 2011 Posted October 8, 2011 Yep. We've bought a couple of pairs of boots from them. We were able to get them at a reasonable price through auction, not the buy it now price. Very fast shipping and the quality has been very good. You can sees pics in our album of them.
Guest Posted October 8, 2011 Posted October 8, 2011 Like the "Luxus" LOTS! Thanks for the correct link Doc. Al
Shoebeloe900 Posted October 9, 2011 Posted October 9, 2011 I bought several high heel pairs for my wife. The shipment is fast, the prices are very reasonable, the quality is excellent and the high heels are rather unique, it's not that they offering massive amounts of the same shoe style. And it's not the porno style kind of shoes of which the quality is rather suspicious and the prices are out-of-mind; these shoes are made in mass production countries like China.
CStuff Posted October 10, 2011 Posted October 10, 2011 Dr. Shoe Why does 1969 Italia advertise a size 45 EUR, but not one is for sale or shown on there site? Spikesmike They definitely used to sell some styles up to size 45 - however perhaps they have stopped manufacturing them in the larger sizes, or maybe they have just run out of stock. You may as well email them and find out.
spikesmike Posted October 10, 2011 Posted October 10, 2011 Help needed I have taken everyones advice. I wrote a note to 1969 italia-boutique about not showing a size 45 EUR. on there page. However, every time I put an address in the email column, it said " No such number, No such zone" Does anyone have the correct Email address for them? Spikesmike
Prutske255 Posted October 10, 2011 Posted October 10, 2011 Why din't you ask them by clicking "contact member" in one of their ebay auctions ? I do this regulary when i have questions about ebay items . yesterday , i have bought a pair of stretch platform boots size eu43 . i'm impatient to receive them and wear them . Prutske255
shedevil Posted October 10, 2011 Posted October 10, 2011 FYi contacted them about size 45, and they said they don't carry size 45
Luckyme Posted October 21, 2011 Posted October 21, 2011 We've bought several pairs from them and I regularly check the site for new designs. I've never seen 43, 44 or 45 offered....maybe not 42 either. I can't say enough good things about the people there and the shoe and boot quality.
zetex Posted October 23, 2011 Posted October 23, 2011 I have bought three pairs of shoes there. The quality is OK, but not super. Fitting depens on the model: some shoes run very small other are normal fit. Pros: + nice designs + fast shipment Cons: - shipping fees - the seller does not combine shipping - after-sale assistence is bad to non-existent - the Buy-it-Now prices are purely fantasy-prices fully out of touch with reality Hope this helps.
Randy.B Posted January 6, 2012 Posted January 6, 2012 I bought quite a few pairs for my wife from them in the past until they increased the price of shipping from about $25 to ~$50. Pros: - nice designs - classic italian quality and materials - reasonable pricing (when it's an aution) Cons: - price of shipping to US - quality's been slowly slipping over time Overall a good choice.
7INCHHIGHHEE Posted January 25, 2012 Posted January 25, 2012 wife now has about 17-18 pairs of true 6.5" heels from 1969 Italia. Fast shipping, good quality but be patient & purchase through auctions from them. As to Primafila they are erratic. Presently will not ship to USA but o9ffer the same shoes under the name "Centoundici". Good luck to all.
