I dream of a world where chickens can cross roads without having their motives questioned.

Talk to a qualified Psychiatrist . . . FAST! You're 15 and want implants? When I was 15 I wanted to be a pilot (I'm an Attorney-things change!). First off, no QUALIFIED surgeon will even consider this proceedure without your parents/guardians consent AND it's real unlikely even then. So you wanna go to a Quack? Invading your body is hard enough under the best of conditions . . . so you want it done by an unlicensed "doctor" in the back of a van? THINK, precious! Death is a very real possibility here! Second, what you want at 15 is very different than what you want at 18, 20 25 etc. Third, through a thorough psychiatric evaluation by a practicing Psychiatrist schooled in gender dysphoria, Through them you will come to know who you are. Go from there. Fourth I had implants 20 years ago (720 cc Saline). Still have them. This is a very painful proceedure and you canNOT hide these under your shirt! Being female, my path was easier. Being a boy with boobies? I cannot even fathom what you'll go through. God be with you, young one!

And if you're really serious, I hear that surgeons in Brazil don't question your motives the way American doctors do. Cheaper too (once you get down there that is!). But from what I have heard, you can save a couple of thou even with the travel expenses. Seriously, I think you're too young to make a surgical decision, but if you want to be feminized, you're old enough that the effects of taking hormones is reversable, yet at the same time young enough to cause rather dramatic changes in your bustline. You should at least talk to your parents, or at least some adult you trust, or failing that your friends, especially female.

Personally I think that Dr. Shoe had some good advice. In your shoes I'd try wearing silicone falsies 24/7 for a while. Apart from the gender identity thing you also need to consider the psysiological effects of having very large breasts. My wife has 36H breasts, which are significantly larger than DD but not twice the size. Here a some of the problems she has: - Nice underwear stops not much after a D cup, unless you go to specialist suppliers which are very expensive. - Running is painful due to the bouncing. Sports bra's also only come in small sizes. - Guys tend to talk to your chest. - It can be difficult to get tops that fit properly. - Fewer comfortable positions to sleep in. - Back / shoulder ache from the weight. Obviously these are only the negative points, but it's something to consider.

I believe we've imparted all of the adivce that is pertinent to this young person's dilemma. Now, taking all this into consideration, he can make up his own mind to do what ever he wants to do and live with his decision with the hope that everything turns out well for him.

Being mentally comfortable in your own mind is the key to wearing heels in public.

One thing that I would like to add to this topic. I used to have a DD chest naturally, and there is one thing that no one has pointed out. Gothikaheels stated that he likes to go to the gym. Trust me, when lifting at the gym wether it be free weights or equipment, they get in the way. The equipment is not made for large chests, and if have to bring your arms together in front of you, all I have to say is watch out for pinching on some of the machines. Gothikaheels, this is just one thing to think about where you stated that you like to lift weights.
