Too much of a good thing isn't good and I can't afford to spend almost all my time wearing high heels. I run a lot and I need to keep flexibility in my feet, I struggle at the moment due to heel-wearing most days and the effects this has on my tendons is exaccerbated by the fact that my leg tendons are very tight due to the running. Ant I put on my new 3" heel boots and she liked how tall i was with them.
