watcha, wow, they are nice and long, I do get fustrated by the boots that claim to be thigh length but in reality are just above the knee. it is good to see you apreciate a good pair as well. do you mind us asking the price of your custom made pair? if not, then what did they set you back? nigel.

I could not find a topic for this so I have started one.

Before I met some of you and started using this forum I did some preventitive work on my wifes boots.

They are quite long in the toe and started to wear out, so I stuck a 5 pence piece to the bottom of them to prolong their life, it worked and this is how they look now,

I would like to say right now that with hindsight I would have asked for the advice of everybody here, but I did not know you were here then.

Has anybody else done anything like this?

Hi, Just a thought, but why not wear the shoe you want to wear and cover them up with long trousers? you can get a boot cut in mens fashions now so what is stopping you? It is really not that much to worry about. Whilst watching queer eye for the straight guy UK this week they bought the chap some £180 shoes for him to get married in, I swear they were as pointy as any of the female fashon shoes I have but ten times the price and no heel. guys, if you are unsure if you should venture out, then we need to talk, I would suggest that you PM me or Heelfan ( I am sure he wont mind ) and let us talk you into it, you will wonder why you were so worried. Hi, As Genebujold was saying, it is down to the fashion of the day, I have been thinking about going into a woman’s clothing shop to get a pair of 'boot cut jeans' no need, I found a pair of longer leg boot cut jeans in the mens section at a shop today, and they were definitely for men, 36" waist as apposed to being sold as a size 16 or 18 or whatever. Needless to say they go great with my high heeled boots, you can’t help but wonder why else they were made? Things seem to be getting easier out there.

most of mine are just another pair of shoes. so, for me I carry on as normal. Too much wine makes me wabble a little though. Ha ha.

Hi, Compressed in to a couple of minuets read, here is my story. About 2 months before we were to get married we sold one of our2 cars, I had had this one for about two years before we met. On cleaning the car she found a receipt from a fetish shop that I thought I had thrown away. I had told her that she was the only one that I had really confessed to doing the wild thing when she was in her selections of heels, she instantly thought that I had lied and that this is the sort of things I got all of my other previous girlfriends partook in. So, to recap. Two months before the wedding and she thinks I am a liar and that she was not special to me, or do I confess to secretly having a pair of 4 inch thigh length boots? I confessed, it took her by surprise to say the least, but given five minuets, she wanted to know where they were and god only knows what else was running through her mind. I did not need to have my boots as 'friends' at that time as our relationship was great so we went off that afternoon and got them from my folks where they were hid in their loft. I guess this was where I started to wonder why I bought them at all, after all it is a strange thing for a guy to have in his wardrobe and I wondered what was going though my mind when I bought them. Luckily she encouraged me to look for other guys like me and hence I came upon this site and the great bunch of non TV heel wearing, woman loving men. Just like Me! It was such a relief to find out that I was not alone, life is different now, and the hhplace is the best thing that has happened to me. I even have a picture of her on the left here every time I post a message on this board she really is the best wife a man could ever want.

Hi Plasmaboy, dont panic there is nothing weird, albeit the the first meet might seem it.

The three heel meets that I have gone to have been just about being in a relaxed atmosphere wearing (if you like) heels.

In a weird world that we live in it is the ones that turn up in flatties that get the ribbing. so come along to a meeting in heels and meet some other folk that may or may not get the same out of high heels as you.

Oh, what do we do? read the 'bristol meet' or the 'informal bristol meet' or perhaps the 'hayway shoes meet' to find out what happend on the times I caught up with others from the forum.

Nobody will be judgemental, I promise.

Bring your SO along as well, my wife has come along twice now and had a great time.

Make yourself come along to the next meet or have a look on the board and see who lives near you, get in touch, arange a meet and have a good time.
