  1. I think you should grow the goaty back as well. Nohj, where are you? you seem to have disapeared after our trip to hayway, did I bore you with my waffling? I hope not. Maybee see you next weekend at temple meads meet? Nigel.

  2. HI Francis and Jackie, how are you? what would you likew to do in your few hours in Bristol? would you like some of us to meet you at the staition or would you want to catch up with us in town? sorry but it is not too clear what you would like to do, you know, you being the guests down here. Heelfan, hows it going, I dont recall you telling us how your closing down sale went? ( valid exuse for missing the hayway meet ) I was just wondering what you might be thinking of doing on this mini meet, or will it just be a quick hello on the platform? and I dont mean heels. Nigel.

  3. Hi, To be fair to the Hayway staff, unless anybody else mentioned that we were all from the HHplace I dont think they knew, they were stacked out when we got there and there was bearly room to move in there. so we may have gone un-noticed, perhaps one of us should dromp them a line with a link to this thread so they can see that we have been talking about them, Heelfan, that sounds like a job for you even though you could not make it. If not I can drop them a line. Heelfan, in answer to your other question, I approached a bloke who had bough some nice mules and asked him if they were for him, he said yes and when I asked if it was just shoes that were his thing, he said that he was an old tart and had been a TV for years, but he did say he would look us up, It would have been an Ideal place to hand out some HHplace cards, that reminds me I must look and see what the outcome to that thread was. Nigel.

  4. Hi Heelfan, No, it was just me, The little girl has been not sleeping very well for weeks, so we were going to come up together and she would sleep all the way up, but as fate would have it, on friday nioght she slept all the way through, leaving here wide awake in the morning. this would have meant tha t john would have had to put up with her screaming all the way there and all the way back, unfair on all really. I was a little dissapointed that there were no bargains in my size, but I had a word with the man that makes them and he said he would see if he could do for next year! ( only kidding ) The raspberrys were great when I got back home. once again it was good to meet you all. Nigel

  5. Hi, I really had a problem when my wife to be, found a recipt from a fetish store ( I swore I threw the recipt away) for £110. It was from a time before I new her and from finding it she thought heels were a pasion I shared with my X and not just her. I came clean, and belive me, admiting that I had a pair of 4" high heel thigh length boots was not easy, she was shocked and wanted to know where they were. Secrets as you know dont get much bigger that the one you have and I once had, the thing is, I had nothing to loose as I had been caught out, and one day no matter how well you hide your heels, she will find out. It is up to you quite how you go with this If she does not accept your thing for thigh high boots then publicly get rid of them in front of her, but if you are anything like me, then you mean no harm by owning them and wearing them. she might let you keep them. if she does not then brush it aside and start your hiding them again and living the lie that you are doing now, but if she does warm to the idea or at least tolerate them, then, welcome aboard, the water is lovley and warm. and I personaly recomend it. cheers, Nigel Hang on, the wife has just walked in and read what I have just typed. She says, what is the big problem, there are so many things inb the world that are bad, so you like high heels, there is no law about it, therefore there is nothing wrong. get real, there is nothing in it. My wife can not quite understand my liking for heels(as I am a man), but then she gets quite exited by the sound of V8's or V12 sports cars (and I think that this should be a male thing). go figure? hay ho, we are happy. you might be too, you dont have much to loose really.

  6. Hi Daz, Thanks for your PM, yes it would be good to put a face to the name and meet you. sorry I have taken my time in replying but I have not had a PC that works for two weeks ( two PCs both as useful as a chocolate teapot) still, back on line now, but the damn thing has hung on me twice whilst writing this! weekdays are not the best for me so I doubt that I will see you on this meeting, bit of a shame really as I am going to the Hayway meeting and was looking forward to meeting you then. I have some time off in July, but I am having my break 2 weeks later. I am sure we will catch up sometime. Nigel.

  7. There is an advert on at the moment where a woman is going to get in a lift and decides not to as it is full. She decides to slide down the banister and beat them all to the bottom. the bit that does it for me is right at the end she jumps on to the floor and her heel bounces and kind of wabbles a bit just as she walks off, does anybody else find this mildly erotic? thanks

  8. Hi, I didnt buy my own pair of heels untill I was about 25, I just admired from afar. I thought I saw a post from you telling us that you had bought a pair? I guess you have thrown them out to stop your mum finding them? If you are struggling to hide your heels from your folks, then perhaps other members could help by suggesting good ways of hiding them? Then you would not have to be so depressed that you dont have any heels. best of luck,

  9. These images if folk trying on others shoes reminds me of the film 'while you were sleeping' when the landlord is trying on lucys shoes in her closet, This should have made a few folk squerm if the forum is right and everybody starts trying on shoes when the coast is clear. for me it was more of a relif that I was not the only bloke in the world that liked heels! The odd thing was that she had a pile of heels and as far as I can remember never wore any in the film. Heelfan and Dr Shoe, you are welcome around our house anytime! Oh, and you only have to have been looking on the internet for a short while to be relieved that trying on shoes is one of the less alarming things that could happen when you leave sombody in your house. cheers, Nigel

  10. Hi, My word, you have got loads of boots. We thought we would post a reply just to say that we are very impressed with your collection. It makes my collection of 4 pairs look pitifull, the advantage you have is that you are an 8. If we go to Hayway Shoes I will try to talk my wife into letting me catch up with you a bit, it may take me a while to get upto 24 pairs, and then she will want more! Let us know if you are doing a shop in bristol some time, perhaps we could all meet up again for a chat and a brew before the 'big bristol meet'? I guess you are on first name terms with the staff at stepping out! you must be a good customer of theirs. see ya, Nigel

  11. Hmmm, I am not to sure where the exitement would come from wearing that, but I have to admit It is interesting, as for other photos on the net, one has to be careful not to break the sites rules. what is the thing with taking pictures with tiles for a back drop, bathrooms are getting boring. Nigel.

  12. The shoe size printed on the shoe seems to be more of a guide really, I dont know how people can order shoes mail order or on the internet as they all seem to be different, I go for a size 10 UK and see how they fit, a size 9 in Clarks fits great, my new work shoes are a 12. When we get on to heels then it is even more of a mine field, my 4" stilleto boots are a 10 and are snug, my 5" shoes from Hayway are a 45 ( an 11 UK I presume ) I have bought 2 pairs of boots in Evans latley, both are a 10 or like Dr shoe points out a 43, one is a bit loose the others are snug, they both have about the same size heel so we can discount that for making the difference. My wife was suprised when we found a nice pair of boots and that I tried them on, but as per all the other posts in the forums, the staff were not phazed at all. The last time I was on my own in Swindon early one morning I found that Evans had put out loads of shoes that we had not seen at the weekend, I went to buy a pair and asked if I could try them on, she said that it would be a good idea as she had a pair and they were a bit tighter than the others, she was right! So whilst I appreciate that the shoe sizes are a science in their own, I prefer to think of them as a guide. It is not worth buying them if you cant get them on.

  13. Hi Mate! Hows it going? Nice Pics, Nice Boots, sorry correction, Bloody nice boots, the wife was wondering though....... have you seen any thing like them in Bristol since you bought them from stepping out? Just a thought, was stepping out the shop you were going to take us to, the other side of broadmead? I think I could more than likely talk her into getting a pair, sadly they wont do them in a 10, but never mind, to admire yours will do for now. Best wishes, From Nigel and Family.
