    @ HeelsWearer

i'm just a man who just likes to wear heel without feeling feminine. I usually wear block/wedge/thicker heels for public wearing. Worn with men's clothes only.

same with me.  i just see heels as a different fashion

My peeptoe boots from Evans have just arrived.  they feel a little snug and could be doing with being half to one size larger.  i would say they are more a UK10 or 10.5.  They are lovely boots but seem more comfortable when worn with nylons instead of bare feet but this could be because they are a snug fit as my other peeptoes are very comfortable when worn barefooted.  personally if i have an open toe shoe, boot or sandal i prefer to go barefoot and show my toes

I have decided to return the product as i dont fancy wasting nearly £50 on a pair of heels that are going to kill my feet.  the true size (for a man) is around size 8.5 to 9

Nice boots. I have never really ordered from China (not counting electronics) , but seeing more and more good instances like this makes me want to.

there are some really nice heels from china but you need to be very careful selecting the correct size.  if i order from china i need to order size UK12 to get the correct size for my UK10 feet

I see these boots are listed in sizes up to UK11, but only in 'standard' width, and have been reviewed as coming up small.   It will be interesting to have your opinion on the fit when you get them.   What is your usual size, please, and what size did you order (I assume 11)?

i just placed an order with Evans for another pair of peeptoe boots but this time with 4 inch stiletto heels.  i thought i would get adventereous.  i hope they fit as they are the largest size available.  i really love peeptoe boots. when the heel tips wear i will fit some steel tips.

i just gave my peeptoe sandal boots their first heeling session at my local Tesco branch.  for a 4 inch heel they are very easy to walk in although i think they might make my feet ache a little if worn all day long

No problem today with 3" Coke Haan boots :)

(starting to notice a lack of looks, maybe I should have worn stilettos)

your boots are very similar to mine.  Only yesterday i went to buy some timber at the local builders merchants.  No problem at all

    Cat, Always looking so sharp.

Question:. Where is your wallet when you wear skirt without a jacket?  Like in the greeting card one with the nice blue shirt.

I have gone out in a skirt before, but felt silly holding cash and I am not into purses.

the best cure for your wallet is to buy a small handbag.  i have this problem when i wear heels for the Children in Need charity walk where me and my friend dress up as the fat slags from the adult Viz comic.  we had nowhere to put our keys or wallets etc so we use a handbag. Problem solved

  10. Im interested as to what the limits are when it comes to heeling in public.  Do you restrict yourself to a dark alleyway or dont you care?  It does not matter what your heels are like or how high.  It would be interesting to know what sort of places you wear them.

So where do I wear my heels?  Well I have been wearing them almost every day for the last 2 weeks.  In this time I have been shopping in a busy supermarket (Tesco).  Been to my mates gigs a few times (i'm his roadie). Went to see my father a few times. Went to my girlfriends home.  Today I even ventured into a busy builders yard for the first time.

I dont care where I go to be honest.  I have got over the shy stage of wearing heels as daily footwear.

  11. well my heels on the peeptoes have now been fixed and all for the grand price of £10.95p.  Timpsons modified the heel by fitting a new tip and a thick piece of heel rubber which was then cut to shape.  its not the most elegant job in the world but its a great improvement and they are a lot easier to walk in even though the heel is now 4 inch high

  12. I think im a 4.

I normally wear boots with a block heel during the cooler months.  If its dry and warm i like to wear my peeptoe boots which also have a block heel although i do intend to get a pair with a stiletto heel.  my comfort heel size is between 2.75 and 4 inch.

i prefer a block heel over stilettos as they are less prone to wear.  i dont care either way if i hide them although i do intend to stick to darker colours

  13. After purchasing a lovely pair of peeptoe boots and then discovering the heels were half inch too short I decided to see if thicker heel tips were available.
My investigations did not come up with anything.
Now if my peeptoes were stiletto heels I concluded that I could easily fix the problem as long as I fitted steel tips.
All I would need to do is purchase the correct size steel tips and build the tip up with a welder to the desired height then grind it to shape before fitting into the heel.
Its a shame I could not find steel tips for block heels.  The size of my peeptoe heel tips are 30 x 35mm. Im wondering if i could make a heel tip from scratch

  14. hopefully i can either get the steel shank bent to shape or have the heel extended around half an inch.  i really love these heels as they are so comfortable.  they are currently just over 3.5 inch.  i could easily manage another half inch

Take them to a shoe repair place and ask if they can add on to the heel do that it sits flat on the floor with the heel pointing straight down.

i hope it can be fixed.  they are so comfortable and very easy to walk in.  i could wear them all day no problem.  they need an extra half an inch to make them right

Those are cool peep toe boots!  Do you think they would fit a a wider foot KrazyKev64?    If so  I would love to get a pair for myself.

i dont think so as they are actually sold as a womans shoe.  i would say they are a medium fit.  they fit me perfectly

^ Those are really cute. Peep toes are certainly becoming popular.

My peeptoe boots arrived today.  They are absolutely wonderful.  They dont even feel as if the heel is as high as 3.75 inch.  Im in love with them
