Mirose, I don't wear my skorts to church. Shorts are not allowed for us ushers, so it's long pants but heels are a different case! Happy Heeling, bluejay

I agree with you Gige. I always match my heels to the color of the top I'm wearing and then my skorts, slacks or leggings are just a compliment to them. Happy Heeling, bluejay

Mirose. The quality is great, just read the reviews and there is no chemical odor at all. I love those skorts! Happy Heeling, bluejay

You guys all know that I like to wear skorts with my heels. I just bought a faux black leather skort on Amazon. I really like it very much. It fits me to the T. It felt great first time wearing it with my white women's tunic top and a pair of white double band sandals. I felt totally confident wearing this ensemble. I think that I may get other colors of the skort, like white and hot pink. I'll put a link to the skort I bought on Amazon.https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D3PP7P3X?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1&psc=1 Happy Heeling, bluejay

Yesterday, I went to my nail salon for a new mani. I got my clear/pink gel on my hands. On my right pinkie I got bright gold glitter and my left pinkie got a bright silver glitter. My regular nail tech was on vacation, so I had to settle for just color and not a design on my pinkies. Incidentally I wore a black skort with a silver sequined women's top with my new Kelly & Katie (DSW) double band, slide sandals in silver glitter with with 4" small block heels and a 1" platform. Got a nice compliment from the nail tech, " I love your shoes, they go perfect with your silver sequinned top and they show off your red pedi too!". Got another compliment from another woman getting her mani. Happy Heeling, bluejay

Mirose, I go to both Home Depot and Lowe's wearing heels and skorts. Never had a problem at either store, for my appearance. Happy Heeling, bluejay

Mirose, I have not heard from Steve in months. I know that his wife died about 2 years ago and that he sold his hosiery business several years ago. As far as him wearing skorts, I don't remember him wearing one when we met up over the years, but I did wear skorts many times when we got together. Today was a good day for me as I found t-shirt dresses on sale in Walmart. They were reduced from $9.98 to $7.00. I bought several in colors. One black, burgundy, khaki, royal blue, white and orange. I wish they had more colors as I love wearing t-shirt dresses. They go just above my knee and are very comfy to wear this time of year. They also go great with heels too! Happy Heeling, bluejay

I have no bad stories to tell about my wearing heels with my skorts. I get compliments from mostly women when i wear heels with short skorts. BTW, on the 4th of July i wore a flag decorated skort , white women's top and my double banded red sandals. Got compliments. Today for church, I wore white dress pants, a red white and blue patriotic polo shirt with my Aerosoles red patent pumps with 3-1/2 " stacked heels. After church I wore my red double banded sandals with 3-1/2" stacked heels to show off my red pedi. got a couple compliments both in the supermarket and Walmart out shopping this morning. And of course I carried a red cross body bag, too! Happy Heeling, bluejay

Went to get a mani/ pedi the other day for the 4th of July holiday. I got my usual clear/pink gel on my fingers with an American Flag on my right pinkie and a firecracker on my left. What I was wearing to the salon brought out some attention as I passed a neighboring boutique on my way out. I was wearing an American Flag skort, white women's top and my red sandals with double bands and 3-1/2" stacked heels. The owner of the boutique and a customer were standing in the doorway, when I walked by. Both of them nodded approval on what I was wearing. The customer said I looked fab. Which I replied, " thanks for the compliment". I know the owner of the boutique as I have made purchases from her shop before. I remember one in particular was a pair of leggings that was on a manequin in the window, that I liked. I bought them that day and I came back to show her how they looked on me, another time, so you can see that I am feminizing the male wardrobe! Happy Heeling, bluejay

I like wearing skorts with my heels especially in the summer time.I like the short versions of the skorts that show off my legs and I've had compliments over the years from mostly women but an occasional one, from a guy. I don't like maxi or midi skirts. Just my opinion. Happy Heeling, bluejay

Jim102, I like you, like to wear black boots. I have many pairs of knee boots and booties. Some leather and some patent leather. Some big block heels and some narrower heels. No stilettos. I only wear them in the winter, spring and fall. Otherwise, I'm wearing pumps or sandals, this time of year of course, with heels. Happy Heeling, bluejay

Mirose, I also wore a pair of red pumps for Pentecost Sunday church. Mine were not stilettos but were a 3" small block heel. With my red suit coat and white pants I got several compliments on my ensemble, last Sunday. Happy Heeling, bluejay

Peeptoe, I like all styles of heels and I have them all. Happy Heeling, bluejay
-
Giege, I have that same pair of pumps in your picture and I love them! Happy Heeling, bluejay
-
Mirose, that's my comfortable heel height, 3-1/2", too. Happy Heeling, bluejay

I too am a size 11 in heels but I have some knee boots that are size 12 because the brand in a size 11 is just too tight on my feet, however I have a couple pairs of size 10 heels that fit me perfectly. Figure that out! Happy Heeling, bluejay

Why should women only be allowed to wear anklets. I wear one often. My wife and I have matching anklets. Happy Heeling bluejay
-
White always goes with colorful shoes. I would wear those pumps with white leggings full length or capri length if the weather is warm. Happy Heeling, bluejay
-
I've never seen a woman wearing an anklet under her hosiery, always it's on the top. My wife and I having matching anklets which we always wear bare legged or on top of tights or hose. Happy Heeling, bluejay

Yesterday, I went to my nail salon for my St. Patrick's Day mani. I got my clear/pink gel on my hands. On my left pinkie, white base with a green shramrock and the right pinkie white base with a leprechaun on it. My nail teck did such a great job on both those designs free hand. Incidentally I wore a green ensemble to the salon, green sweatshirt dress with green tights, with my green patent knee boots. Got two compliments on my ensemble both from my nail teck and another woman customer in the salon. Happy St. Patrick's Day to all our Irish heelers and to those who want to be Irish. After all the ice and snow problems of the past few weeks, I finally got out yesterday wearing some heels and feminine clothing. I wore my orange sweatshirt dress with orange fishnet hose and my orange patent colored knee boots, with an orange colored puffer jacket. I got a couple of compliments especially from a lady about 50, while entering a Walmart store. She said that " Wow, I looked. very spectacular to her." Of course I thanked her for her compliment. It just goes to show you that guys can go out and about in a feminine mode! Happy Heeling, bluejay
